Steve was very professional, quickly diagnosed dryer issue and was quick with obtaining parts and he was very reasonable on the deal. Thank you Steve for helping my 92 year old mom.

Our AC went out on over 100 degree day. Steve from Fix It Rite came out within the hour of me calling. Steve was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He had our AC fixed within 30 minutes. I’m only using this company from now on! I highly recommend 👏🏻

I am truly blown away by this company. Kind, intelligent, honest, reliable... I've had an AC unit from you-know-where and these men worked their butts off trying to find a way to fix the issue without charging me an arm and a leg. I expected to have to pay SO much more than we did. They feel like family by the time they leave. I'd recommend them to my grandmother. Love love love them!

These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

Absolutely great company, came within 3 days of calling. It could have been 2 but we couldn't fit it in our schedule that day. My grandma had them come to check her unit, and they could have lied to us and told us we needed a new unit, but they just cleaned it for us and told us we needed some new vent covers and that was that. And with that cleaning I immediately felt a difference in our air flow, cause our problem was we weren't getting air in all of the rooms. Only charged us $100. Steve and another gentleman ( I didn't catch his name) were the ones who came out to help us, but they were very kind, funny and informative. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.

really grateful for honest company’s like this . I called in distress , my brand new lg washer was shaking all over the garage ! i called and without a charge or hesitation , the owner told me how to easily fix the washer problem myself!!

I highly recommend Fix-it Rite if you want knowledgeable, friendly and quality service. Twice they have saved the day for me! Both times there were some tricky things to work around due to prior work by a questionable contractor who remodeled my kitchen and both times they were able to fix my custom refrigerator and solve my built-in microwave issues quickly and safely. The microwave situation was improved vastly by information that I was completely unaware of regarding a new size that would fit my existing space and provide much needed clearance over my stove. It's really been a game changer!!!

I was referred by a friend when our washer stopped working. Steve reached out right away, showed up when he said he would and gave an honest recommendation. He was professional and fun to converse with. We'll definitely use his services again!

Over the last five years, Steve (and Andrew) have been welcome fixit guys at my house. They have repaired my washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and thermostat, and ordered and installed parts for my dishwasher. They are excellent: punctual, friendly, talented, willing to explain the problem, quick to solve it, and extremely reasonably priced. I'd give more stars if I could.

You don’t need to look any further for many of your home repairs. Fix-It-Rite owned by Steve and his son Andrew were fantastic in their quick repair of my washer that suddenly quit working. Extremely fast diagnosis and repair were amazing and they accommodated me at the last minute. Outstanding workmanship and personalities to go with it. Jeff is punctual, knowledgable and great to work with! He installed light fixtures and hung artwork for my fast track design project and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

About 4 years ago, my little black shih Tzu started barking up a storm after he, the owner, entered my home. My dog did not like him, and she kept barking. He was called out to replace the motor in my A/C unit. The work was satisfactory. However, it was this one thing he did that has left a haunting memory. As he turned to leave, the back of his foot hit my dog in the mouth. It was subtle. My dog just looked at me. I didn't know what to do. I didn't say anything. That is what is so haunting.
Follow up note: In his response, I hear anger issues. Nevertheless, it's not a lie, and I am not a troll. I am a very, a very disappointed customer.
