Andrew Limon with Henry Mechanical did a great job of checking out a furnace for me. I was told from one of those companies that offers a regular maintenance contract that I needed to replace the furnace. I had Andrew come out and take another look at it. He not only explained to me what the lifespan of my furnace was, but help me to decide when I should upgrade with all the changes to Sonoma County’s new regulations coming up in 2029. I also liked that Henry Mechanical sent me an email minutes before Andrew was coming over with his picture so I knew who was coming by. That really sets my mind at ease. Henry Mechanical is very professional and a company I trust.

Uriel Rosas gave us a prompt, professional, and trustworthy assessment of our furnace issue. He provided expert explanation along with showing us issues and an internal camera view of the damaged parts. We were assured by his expertise that we were fortunate to have elected to call Henry Mechanical for our HVAC needs.

Brooks spoke well for Henry Mechanical. He knows his craft and did a complete and thorough examination of our existing heating ducts in our crawl space with videos to show how and why it would be so expensive to clean and repair. He sold my wife and I on why we should install a new and much more efficient heating and cooling system to heat our home in the winter and cool it in the summer and save on utility bills. Showed up on time. They were very professional. Brooks and URI explained everything very clearly and were pleasant to talk with. They gave me a fair price on replacing my 40 year old heater. I can highly recommend them.

Tyler and (Noah?) did a great job installing my furnace. They did it while I was at work and by the time I came back home I had a new furnace and you couldn’t even tell anyone was in the house. Clean, fast, efficient technicians. I will be using Henry Mechanical again. Thanks fellas!

It was a great pleasure to have the professional service of Ilea Mataradze this week. He was on time and quickly checked our heater and hot water system. Five-Star Experience working with Henry Mechanical. Brooks, Ian, Tyson, Tyler, Garret, Ian, Brian, Paul, Rafe, Nate, Ricardo, Noah and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job installing a complete heat pump system and new hard ducting in our 3,000 sq. ft. home. The Henry’s crew fixed everything! Each technician we worked with was polite, professional, and friendly. It was such a relief after years of frustration with our previous local company, which never provided lasting repairs and often left us needing replacements within a year.

We finally have a system that works beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of service and craftsmanship. Highly recommend Henry Mechanical!

Uriel, from Henry Mechanical, did an excellent job of repairing a wall heater for me. On his initial visit, he diagnosed the problem quickly, explained my options for repairing or replacing the unit and let me know he would email estimates for each. He had to wait for parts, but then returned and repaired the heater in less time than he expected. It is now operating perfectly.

Mike installed a seismic gas disconnect on my house.Required by my home insurance company to shut off gas to house on an earthquake event.
