We were so grateful for Brandon D. Coming out today. He checked everything for us thoroughly and caught an issue that is going to be fixed pretty quickly. He was great. Also very personable and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and gave us some really good info on how we can get the most efficiency out of our aging system. Pearce Heating & Air is our go-to company for our maintenence and we look forward to working with him in the future

Matt was very professional and polite. He spent a great deal of time going over my heating system and I appreciate how prompt Pearce was in answering my request for service. Codee saved our 4th of July! Codee was professional and efficient. She came out on the 4th of July to help fix our AC unit. Not only was Pearce heating and air the only company that didn’t make us wait over a week to get on the schedule, they were very reasonably priced. Codee/Pearce thank you for helping my family.

Alexio came out for an annual furnace tune-up. Friendly, punctual, and informative.

He is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the products and services Pearce HVAC has to offer. In addition to Matt, the entire staff at Pearce is great.

Justin is so efficient and he
makes sure that everything's fixed and even did a double check on somethings. Give professional advices and offer to give help in the future.

Our Pearce technician Brandon arrived early, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Best part of all, he was able to fix the A/C unit right then as he had all the parts he required in his truck. A life saver because the next 2 days were forecasted to be 100+ degrees. Thx Brandon!!

Guess I should also mention that we are in Pearce's VIP Membership Program, which among other perks, gave us priority service...thank goodness.

I knew it would a really good experience when Monica answered the phone. Very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I expected to wait at least 1 week or longer (since we now are in the hotter months of the year) but to my surprise Monica had a tech (Matt) to the house the very next day. A couple hours later, the AC unit was back online and all is well again. Big thank you to Pearce for excellent service both in the office and in the field!!

Pearce Heating & A/C installed a Samsung mini-split system in our living home. The entire process, from sales through installation, went very smoothly. The sales representative, Nick, was very responsive and knowledgeable. The installation crew was awesome, very organized and efficient. The office staff was great. The system works extremely well, the main part of our house now stays cool even during super hot weather. It uses much less power than our main A/C system.
We have continued using Pearce for our A/C and plumbing needs and have been very happy with their service over the years.

Our 30+ year old home suddenly had a blocked drain in the kitchen area - Eric was here the next day - cleaned it out along with checking all of the house's drains for blockage. 'Very happy with the job he performed.

Justin from Pearce took a very thorough approach in diagnosing the cause of our heat pump problems. He showed that he really cares about our comfort!

Ian was great. He showed up on time and is very polite with a great sense of humor. Worked through rain and mud.
