We're thrilled with the outdoor lighting Andrew installed in our yard. He was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything done fast. He got a city permit after our initial meeting and ran a new electrical line the same day to light up our beautiful fence. It looks amazing, and the price was great too. Our neighbors were so impressed that they’ve already taken his number. Highly recommend Thunder Quantum and will use again.

Andrei answered the phone, gave me a quote and came by the next day. Installed my Tesla wall charger just like I wanted, provisioned cleaned up and made sure I was happy before taking off to the next job.
As the install progressed he pointed out how he was both installing to code, and following manufacturer instructions.
For turn around time, politeness, great attitude, and straight up quality of work I would reach out to them again anytime!

Most tradesmen who drop by think they know what you want better than you, Andrei listened to my desires and did a great Job with those limit's. (Installed in series, 50 amps not 60, provisioned but let me handle the technical/software parts. Conduit is clean and secure, installed ev charger is nicely parallel to it's neighbor, and square to the floor.
Some of these basics get bypassed by others.

We’ve been working with Andrei Den for several years now, and I can sum up his service in three words: professional, responsive, and respectful.

Just two days ago, I discovered that one of our sunken floor outlets had overloaded several times (yikes!)—there were burn marks, a melted plug and casing, and the plug was stuck. When it started crackling, I immediately contacted Andrei.

Despite it being the night before a holiday, he was at our place within two hours. Not only did he fix the outlet, but he also repaired one of our breakers and checked the entire main panel to make sure everything was safe.

Over the years, Andrei has also replaced all five of our smoke/CO detectors, changed out several outlets and switches, and even restrung our outdoor cafe lights. He’s always thorough and reliable, and we trust him completely with our electrical work.

On top of that, Andrei has a tile specialist he works with who did an incredible job for us—replacing the tile on one of our fireplace hearths and expertly fixing and installing a new 4' stainless steel drain in our tiled shower. The quality of the work was outstanding.

Even sealed all gaps to ensure it was completely waterproof.

I recently had some electrical work done by Quantum Thunder Inc, including a panel upgrade and a few other fixes around the house. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and got straight to work. He clearly knew what he was doing and took a moment to explain what needed to be done before starting.

The job took about as long as expected and everything was left clean when he finished. I also appreciated that he answered my questions without making me feel rushed. The panel upgrade looks solid, and I feel more confident about my home’s electrical system now.

I had Quantum Thunder come out to install an EV charger in my garage and overall the experience was great. Communication was easy from the start, pricing was fair, and the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing.

Before starting the installation, he inspected the garage and recommended the best placement for the charger to make sure everything would work properly. During the process, a small issue came up behind the wall, but it was handled carefully and patched cleanly without any problems.

The installation was done very neatly. Everything was labeled, the area was vacuumed and cleaned, and nothing was left behind. I didn’t have to clean up at all after the job was finished. If you’re looking to have an EV charger installed, I would definitely recommend Quantum Thunder.

I hired Andrey and his team to install a subpanel in my home, and overall the experience was very positive. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and they showed up on time as scheduled. Andrey took the time to inspect the existing electrical setup and explained why installing a subpanel was the best solution for my needs.

The work was done professionally and with great attention to detail. All wiring was cleanly installed, breakers were properly labeled, and the workspace was left clean after the job was completed. Everything was explained before and after the installation, which I really appreciated.

I requested service to have recessed lights installed in my house. We scheduled an appointment, and he showed up as planned. Initially, he quoted me $600 for the entire job. However, once he arrived at my house, he changed the quote to $1,200, claiming there was extra labor involved. I agreed and scheduled the work for a different day the following week which happened to be today. Well, today came and he didn’t show up. No call, no text, no communication. Nothing. I absolutely do not recommend this guy to anyone for any kind of electrical work. This whole experience was a joke. Even when he was giving me the estimate, he had a smirk on his face like he thought what I was saying was funny, but I wasn’t joking. I was simply asking him reasonable questions about the work I needed done. I honestly don’t know how a company like this stays in business when they make appointments with customers and then completely fail to show up. After this happened, I checked some of his Yelp reviews, and sure enough, there are plenty of one-star reviews. And rather than responding professionally or offering a resolution like most reputable businesses would, he publicly responds to negative feedback in a rude, immature way almost like it’s some high school message board where people argue back and forth. I’m sorry, Andrei (or whatever your name is), but that’s not how you run a business. It’s embarrassing. You should be ashamed of yourself. I’ll just find someone else who actually wants the work. What’s even more disappointing is that this guy came highly recommended through Yelp. I submitted a request on Yelp for electrical work, and within minutes, he was calling and texting me to set things up. At first, it seemed promising. But trust me: I really, really don’t recommend this company or this guy for any work at your home or your business. Ever. Good luck with your horrible customer service and this one star review living on your Yelp and google pages forever. And don’t bother responding to my reviews because obviously you can’t respond like an adult. And, anything you say is just lies cause you and your business is a joke.
