Quick and efficient at his excellent quality work

I spent the last week looking for an electrician to come look at a small issue at my mother’s home in woodland and everyone seemed to be on “more important” jobs. Eric was able to fit me into his schedule and fixed my issue in a timely manner. Very courteous and professional.

Thankful for this local business! This area has been hit with 105+ degree weather as of late and my relative’s AC unit zonked out. Google articles led us to narrow down the culprit (we cleaned the coils, inspected the tubes) the condenser pipe and interior of the AC unit was frosted over, even though it was 108 degrees that day: blower fan wasn’t moving the cold air through the vents.

The issue was reported around this afternoon and he showed up same day (!!) looked at the issue, and came back with the part: capacitor had to be replaced.

Impressed and grateful for their swift response, resolution, and providing efficient service to ensure my senior relatives wouldn’t overheat in this extreme heat wave.
