We've had significant projects done by BJ. In 2014, we had them install a mini-split system which added air conditioning and heat in two bedrooms upstairs of our 100 year old home. In 2016, they came back and replaced our original furnace and duct work. I found them to be responsive, professional and clean. In the future, we're going to have them install central air (yep, we live in Woodland and don't have central a/c). I would highly recommend them.

The only reason they even get one star is that you have to choose at least one star to post a review here. Horrible service! They couldn't get out here for 6 weeks to replace one of our air conditioning units. When we didn't hear from them a week before they were supposed to be here, we called them and they told us that the air conditioning unit didn't come in and so it was going to take another couple of weeks to do the work. Really? 6 weeks isn't enough time to order and receive an air conditioning unit? Very hard to believe. If that was the case why did they quote us 6 weeks to begin with and why didn't they proactively call us to tell us there was issue as soon as they knew??? Will never use them again and suggest anyone else in the area use another company.
