Got a new unit installed by Phoenix Heating and Air and they were very professional, quick, and well priced!

Phoenix is the Best! He is professional, prompt and honest! I always recommend him and everyone who uses him is very happy.

I came home from the lake last night to a hot house. Sent them a msg around 930pm he responded and had it fixed the next day! On a Sunday, around 1pm, on my roof. It’s 110 He’s my go to from here on…

I found Phoenix to be honest and straight forward with the problem, not trying to gaslight me into paying more. He genuinely cares about giving you his best. He's great and I'll continue using him.

When one calls a Heating and Air Conditioning business to your home or business,you don't want a "sales person" at your door.You want someone who is trained and educated in that field and who knows what they are doing.You want one who can repair your AC/Heating Unit.If for some reason, one's unit can't be repaired,then sure,one doesn't mind hearing about a new unit.A big secret is,there is much more money to be made in selling you a new unit for the technician.Phoenix and team will try to fix your unit first.They are locally owned and he is a second generation technician.This means you may run into him or his team at the bank,grocery store,or at a local event,so you know integrity is important to him and his team.Thanks you guys! Made three referrals for you and they also were very pleased.....

Phoenix came since my A/C stopped working on 100+ degree temperatures. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The team arrived early , super friendly and helpful. All questions I had were asked on the spot very helpful and honest.A/c now works like a gem. I recommend Phoenix Heating & Air to anyone my for sure go to company.

I called Phoenix Heating and Air Conditioning after I'd noticed the airflow into a bedroom(soon to be nursery) was very different from other rooms. It would get so hot when the heater was running, it was really unsafe. Phoenix and his guys came over quickly. They were so polite and efficient. They addressed the issue, now the bedroom is comfortable and most importantly, safe!

Really responsible they did an awesome job in explaining the process of getting a new ac system. They respond really fast and they answered all my questions and concerns. I had heard really good reviews of this business and they didn’t disappoint.

Phoenix was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to fix an original unit twice, instead of trying to convince us to replace the unit. We were given options and very reasonable pricing. I would/will use Phoenix Heating and Air again and would refer others.
