Free estimate and a tough job getting branches out of my wires, PG&E wouldn't do it. And even though they said it might take a week to get to mlm it, they fit me sooner and it looks great, and safe!

Very friendly and professional service. The tree being removed was in a tight spot, and the crew was very careful about not damaging the roof or the yard.

Main point of contact was Jake who was very professional, and helpful on supplying options as well as pros and cons to the decisions for the trees to be removed. Team was very professional and aware of surrounding buildings under the trees. Highly recommend and we will use again.

From start to finish we were really impressed with them. We had a pretty challenging tree stump removal in our yard. We got quotes from a couple other companies they either flat out refused the job or quoted some ridiculously high estimate. TWIN CITIES TREE SERVICE took the time to give us a fair estimate. They got the job done despite some unexpected challenges. Highly recommend to anyone needing tree service.

A tree service with great people skills and customer service? Look no further Twin Cities has it!

We have a 4500 gallon koi pond with a 25 ft tree behind it, the tree was bending over our pond with cracking ground at the root base.

I called Twin Cities immediately, Taylor answered my call and she could tell I was in a bit of a panic, no questions asked Taylor direct calls me over to Jake and listens to our situation.

Jake made us a priority and made it out to our home in less then 2 hours, 4 trucks and a crew show up observe the situation no standing around here, the whole crew was moving and doing there part working like a synced machine. This was NOT an easy task with the tree hanging over a koi pond full of fish. This same tree would have hit our house (go to Twin Cities Facebook page pictures and videos of this job). Not only did they remove the tree they removed it with no harm to our pond, fish or any damage to my koi pond system.

This was not the end, two days later I have a 30ft redwood tree in my front yard I notice cracking at the base of the tree, the crack was showing a lot of separation. I called Twin Cities Taylor again answers the phone Jake luckily had stopped into the office and took my call right away.

Jake dropped what he was doing in the office comes out to the house observes the tree. Jake immediately goes to work, makes a call out to one of his crews and lets them know to head out my way as a priority. Jakes Team showed up within an hour. This time Twin Cities saved a tree from falling on my neighbors house.

Very professional, thoughtful of my time, my property, and most of thoroughly explained exactly what they were going to do. It was a large oak tree limb hanging above my 5th wheel. Fast and efficient, without a scratch or a dent, cleaned up the mess as if they were never here.

The guys were really nice and did a great job of cleaning up.
