I have used Lee’s appliance company twice, once for a refrigerator issue and another time for an oven issue. The same repair man, Zach, came on both occasions. He was super nice, very quick, and fixed my problem while educating me on the root cause. I will always call Lee’s appliance repair for my needs. Keep up the good work, and let Zach know he is doing a great job.

I was 100% pleased with my first encounter with Lee's Appliance Service. The person answering the phone spoke clearly (important for us seniors) and was both gracious and efficient. Confirmations of appointment and of arrival time were brisk and helpful. The technician was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and outlined options for the future. A 5-plus rating was a no-brainer.

My washer needed a replacement door gasket and I like supporting small business. Every step of this process was easy and communication was prompt and thorough. Making an appointment was very easy and I received a reminder text and email as well. The technician was kind and respectful of my house. He replaced the part and was happy to explain the steps to me and kind to my toddlers when they asked questions. I absolutely recommend Lee’s Appliance for repairs and/or part replacement.

I've unfortunately had a few appliances fail... and was introduced to Lee's Appliance for warranty repairs and use them for non-warranty exclusively. They schedule me in quickly, Dominick is very punctual and professional and it's done right at a reasonable price.

Brian, fixed our refrigerator in a prompt and cleanly manner. No hidden fees , just excellent work.

Zach was great and very flexible when I wasn't ready for him right at the appointment time.

I made a claim through my Lowe's Protect warranty plan because my dryer started making strange noises when running. They connected me with Lee's and the office scheduled Alex to come out and see what the issue was. And he resolved within minutes of his arrival. Apparently a dryer sheet got stuck somewhere in the dryer, causing it to make those foreign noises. When he removed it, it was running as it should and the noise went away. I'm very grateful for Alex fixing the problem and will consider using Lee's if I encounter any other issues with my appliances!

Jared was very professional and explained what the process was to get my ice maker working. It was a good experience.

I was very favorably impressed with Alex at Lee's Appliance & Refrigeration Service. He was very polite and honest. He saved us a lot of money by recommending a Plan B to replacing a bunch of parts. If I need more help with appliance repair in the future, I'll be using this company in the future.

I had an older unit and the Lee's representative tried their best to find the part needed. While the dishwasher could not be repaired he was very friendly and helpful in giving suggestions.

Have a Speed Queen dryer that failed under warranty made an appt with Lee's who is an authorized repair facility
They came out when expected, repaired it (heater element failed) and did a great job!

Robert was a phenomenal help to replace our electric range’s glass oven door. He was meticulous to ensure all previously shattered glass was removed before he installed a new glass panel. After a frustrating experience dealing with my warranty company and waiting over 40 days for another appliance company that never even ordered the part, Lee Appliance Service was a breath of fresh air. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly efficient.

Lee Appliance came out on a Friday, and by Tuesday they had already ordered all the necessary parts. Just one day later, on Wednesday, they returned and completed the repair. The technician, Alex, was right on time, extremely courteous, and highly professional. He finished the job quickly and made the whole experience stress-free.

We recently had an issue with our washer/dryer unit — the dryer wouldn’t turn on and just made a buzzing sound when pressing the start button. Alex from Lee’s Appliance came out to take a look, and we couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Within minutes of troubleshooting, he identified the problem as a faulty motor.

Since the unit was still under warranty, the part was ordered, and Alex returned to complete the repair. He worked quickly (even if he didn’t think so!) and got everything up and running smoothly. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the entire experience stress-free.
