My neighbor used Coffman to install a new HVAC system and recommended them when he found out my old Goodman AC was on the fritz. From start to finish these guys at Coffman were great. Zach the salesman was courteous, upfront with all expected costs and the quote was very competitive for a new Carrier. Old furnace was working ok but went with the complete package. Installers Evan and Cole were awesome, quick and clean. I through them some curve balls but they hit it out of the park. I even bought them lunch I so impressed. The Carrier HE unit is working great. Two stage system much quieter than the Goodman. Finally upgraded to wireless control and love that too. Thanks Coffman! Thanks to my friendly neighbor for the recommendation!

They come out twice a year and make sure all our systems are running smoothly- and they make sure to call and schedule it. Peyton Stephens was our latest technician and he was SO thorough!! He also told us what we could be expecting to replace in the future and helping us prep!

Cliff was timely in his response to my house and with the work he had to do to my furnace. He made a repair that I did not know needed to be done. Great job.

Would recommend 10/10 absolutely amazing company. Zach and the team worked magic when my furnace went out on a cold night. New furnace, heat pump, humidifier and water pump. He helped me maximize our rebates and even came up with a creative way to run drainage. Tell your friends! Coffman & Company is LEGIT.

The install went very well. Santiago and his team did a great job. He explained how to use the unit and the new thermostat. But the new unit has stopped on me twice within 4 days of install. They came out 2 days after to fix it. But it went down again that night after they left.

Coffman & Company replaced my complete home heater and air conditioning systems in one day. Eric, Joe and Josh were a great team of professionals. They exhibited exceptional teamwork, did high quality work and explained the complete details of the new system after installation. Their sales lead Zach was also very personable and followed up to ensure their proposal met our expectations and was market competitive. Exceptional team from start to finish. Contacted Coffman & Company initially related to a Flyer received in the mail. Jake Reynolds came out to provide the initial bid (1 of 3 received) on our AC + Furnace project. Jake's 20+ years of industry experience (with most of this time at Coffman) coupled with his insight-filled proposed solutions set him and Coffman apart from the other companies. In addition to working with Jake, additional conversations with Teresa and Cliff from Coffman re: product specifics and financing options demonstrated outstanding knowledge & customer service. Installation was on time and on budget. Outstanding!

We recently used Coffman & Company to install an AC unit for our home. The whole process was a positive experience. The people at the office were efficient. Zach did a thorough job of making an estimate. The day of the installation went very smoothly. Eric and Michael arrived on time and worked diligently. Kyle came out the next day to give us another lesson on the new thermostat. We feel that the process was priced fairly and no payment until completion. They also give a veteran’s discount.

In May we had some installations done by Coffman. We are very happy with the work we had done. Santiago and his men worked diligently all day to install a new furnace, AC and a water heater. Once completed, Santiago went through all that had been done, explaining along the way. He also made sure that some electrical work would get completed. When we realized there was an issue with the furnace, we called Coffman and Company, and it was fixed quickly. We appreciate the integrity of the company and the men that worked on this job.

They replaced my HVAC 21 years ago. It’s old enough to vote and running great. The maintenance contract is a great service.

Steven, is an excellent employee as he does a great job in servicing my evap cooler getting it ready for winter. This is the 3rd time I have requested him. He also provided photos of finished job.

We’ve been using Coffman for years and they are one of those rare companies that keep their service, price, & professionalism top tier. We plan to use them for many years to come. We had Steven as our tech today and he was very thorough and professional.

Coffman is fantastic! Prompt responses, kind staff, fair prices. Cameron provided service for my mini-split system in my accessory dwelling unit today (it’s hard to find a company that will even service mini-splits!). He explained everything and is clearly an expert. The invoice email included photos of the work at every stage and clear explanations of the issues. This is the second time I’ve used this company and I will continue to be a repeat customer!

DJ did great job winterizing our cooler and starting our furnace. He had the thermostat we needed to replace the defective one discovered while starting up the system. Installed it and cleaned and adjusted the furnace and humidifier, replacing filters. DJ was exactly on schedule. We appreciate the quality of work and professionalism that DJ portrays for Coffman.
