Local Arvada residential homeowner, I contacted Alpha & Omega Landscapers to review a project and provide me with a quote.
Chad Gaston reviewed the project with an onsite visit and was very attentive regarding the details I provided for the multiple items I identified. He also provided me with a few varied approaches and design for an improved project plan. He provided an initial quote in a timely manner and came by a second time to review with me.
At this time, I now have the cost information for the project pricing and can plan the timing to move forward in the near future.
Great experience and I plan on contracting with Alpha & Omega Landscapers for my needs.

Wow, these guys are great. Chad and his crew are very professional and detail-oriented. We have had our entire front yard xeriscaped, as well as a new driveway, walkway, and porch replaced. They are just finishing up our back yard with replacing ground cover, new sod, timber borders, and new rock. The front yard was planned in February, work done in May due to the current C-19 situation. The back was planned in August, completed now.
Costs were very reasonable and laid out in a detailed quote and blueprint. These guys were on-time, on budget, and pleasant to work with every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Alpha & Omega Landscapers replaced and extended our driveway. We received seven bids but after having met Chad we all felt the most comfortable with this company. Their craftsmanship, hard work and costumer service went beyond our expectations. Chad took his time explaining the process, was very friendly and spoke about the crew like they were family. We are beyond happy with their work and they even allowed our boys to watch the demolition and creation of our new driveway (but not until they wore safety glasses and ear protection). Its rare to find a company that cares so much!

We had the best experience with Chad and A&O landscaping replacing our 5 foot crumbling retaining wall, which was a big project for us - square footage and cost. Chad listened to what we were looking for, made sure the timing worked with a big plant delivery I had arranged, was responsive, he and his crew showed up when they said they were going to, and got the project done on the timeline he promised. Its just a yard, but I felt like Chad really cared about us, the project, and livability of it for our family now and for years to come. Cant recommend them enough! Also, I get tons of compliments on the new tiered retaining wall from strangers and friends.

I worked with Chad for a full redo of a large front yard at a rental property. Quick response and easy design process. Great installation crew and exactly the planned and expected outcome. Good value and highly recommend this locally owned and operated company.

Alpha & Omega landscaping came to our attention when we noticed their crew working on a house down the street. In just a few days, it looked like they had completed a large-size landscaping/hardscaping project. We contacted them to get an estimate for a landscaping project in our side yard that would involve removing existing grass and installing a long flagstone walkway and small patio. Chad came by and met with us, listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions and sketches and explained what the project would be like and a duration of about 2 to 3 days. Within a week or so, we had a written proposal that we accepted. We scheduled the work a few weeks out. His crew arrived as scheduled and started work. Chad and the project supervisor, Benito met with us that morning to walk through the project plan, mark the work areas and to make sure that what they were going to do was what we wanted. They promptly got to work. Every few hours Benito would check with us to show us what was happening and to make sure that things were going to our satisfaction. A long, soaking rain delayed some of the work by a couple of days, but they were right back when the ground was workable and they finished the project. Were are very happy with the craftmanship and artistry that they put into our project and the cost was very reasonable. Now we even refer to our walk as "Benito's Way". We'd happily use them again for any more landscaping around our house.

Great company! Responsive, excellent service, respectful of property. We had a tree that needed to be cut down. We received prompt service and communication through the whole process. They did an exceptional job in a timely fashion and left no evidence of their presence. Everything was cleaned up - beyond our expectations! Will definitely use them again.

I’ve had wonderful experiences with this company. I knowingly reached out in the busy season (spring time) and didn’t initially hear back right away but communication was handled within a reasonable amount of time explaining how busy they were. Once my turn arrived, I had their full attention and I truly felt like my home was their priority! The workers I talked to all really stood out to me as very respectful and genuine people. We initially had a very simple and dated yard but with Chads designs and knowledge, it’s been completely transformed into our favorite place for entertainment and us easy maintenance! He worked with us to create the most functional plan for a reasonable price. Our home was landscaped into having a beautiful outdoor living space in the backyard and a xeriscaped front yard that is quite the show piece of our neighborhood! These guys were a wonderful team as they were checking in during each stage of the project over time and including our desires into every step of the process. Benito kept us updated throughout the progress and had great communication. They are highly intelligent and creative in this field and it truly shows in the design and work ethic put into each project they do. I highly HIGHLY recommend this locally and family owned business to do work with! Whether you’re looking for a beautiful entertaining make over or a simple upgrade, AOL is your best bet!!

Called twice for a appointment for a quote. Office staff said they will reach out to whoever and they will contact me. This is now the following week, still no response. Very unacceptable!!

Initial contact was great. However, they did not follow up, not responding to voicemail, or texts. Totally unacceptable.

I called 3 weeks ago for an estimate. Haven't heard anything back. Followed up twice 2 and 3 weeks after the initial call. Was told it was unusual that I hadn't been contacted, but they wouldn't provide any additional info. Cannot recommend them as I cannot even get a call back about the work I'd like to have them do.

Don’t even waste your time. They are so unprofessional and do not call back, meanwhile you wait for them because you already went through everything with them then you get no call back, no text back, and no email back. I have never come across such a badly run business.
