Randal is an amazing repair man. He knows his stuff! Our washer’s agitator want working and he came and fixed it in about 10 minutes. He asked about the model before he came and was ready to go.

I actually didn't get a chance to work with this company but will definitely call them in the future. I have a broken dishwasher and called at 11pm. A gentleman answered and explained that due to a family emergency he was not able to help me at my desired time but referred me to a company he knows does good work. You can tell he really cares about his customers and I will be giving him a call next time I need appliance repair.

Excellent service. First of all it was easy to schedule a same-day appointment, and he arrived exactly on time. He quickly assessed the issue and made a repair with a very reasonable price. He did not try to upwell me or try to sell me on some monthly plan like the big chain companies do. Extremely trustworthy and got the job done fast. I would never call anyone else.

I am a new and forever customer of Aaron's Appliance Service LLc. I say that because I called Randy(owner) this morning about my double wall unit ovens. Last night I turned them on to preheat them for dinner, they came on then shut off out about 5 minutes later. We checked everything the breaker switch,etc. My husband called Randy he gave him a simple instruction to do in the breaker box, that was it. Now, he could have said like three other appliance services I called which couldn't get to us today, It's a $89.00 service call. They had the same information we gave him, It was simple, something we overlooked. Randy said he wouldn't feel right about charging a service call for something so simple.WOW!!!!!! He's my man. I'm SOLD. Why am I not surprised he's also a man of FAITH. A honest service company. I will never call anyone else because of the TRUST I feel with this business and neither should YOU. Thank you Aaron's Appliance Service.

Randy did a great job!
--He lifted our dryer off the washer to replace the pump like the incredible Hulk. Seeing this in real life was really quite something!
--He was efficient, punctual, and charged a reasonable price for the job.
--Randy has a polite, kind, safe presence.

Randy did an outstanding job fixing our dishwasher. He fit me in very quickly, same day I called. He showed up on time and was courteous even when dealing with my obnoxious dog. He identified my problem relatively quickly, and honestly told me it was a super easy fix (I imagine others would have tried to sell me a new motor). Randy is a nice guy who deserves your business!

Randy from Aaron’s Appliance Service repaired our washing machine. He was so kind and considerate. Despite our machine being stacked in what is essentially a glorified closet, Randy was able to preform the tasks necessary to repair our washer regardless of the less than ideal situation.

He was even able to recommend someone to work on our water heater which came in handy when I our water heater decided to malfunction.

As a homeowner, it can be hard to know who to trust with your family’s major appliances. We are so glad to have found a reputable company with skilled and knowledgeable representatives.

Great customer service, decent pricing and payment plans. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Only 3 stars because I'm still waiting to pick up my device. They are taking a long time to verify my references.

They didn't return my only phone call. Guess they don't need the business.

The policy of if you walk out the door of with an item that has been incorrectly ordered and then hooking one for more money for their mistake when one provided the correct part numbers is garbage. Especially when the old part is in hand and the refusal to cross reference that number is denied.

The worst. My mom has Aaron’s contracted through American home Shield. Not only did they not fix the problem. They won’t answer or return calls from an elderly widow. Terrible service. It’s been six months and nothing has been done. Use another business.

I hired Aaron’s Appliance Service to level my Samsung fridge doors. The tech arrived unprepared, didn’t know Samsung’s adjustment procedures, and claimed “there’s no way to adjust the doors”, which is false. I had to provide shims and guide him to online resources myself. Even after a follow-up visit, the issue was only partially resolved through my own efforts. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and product knowledge.
