Had a problem with our refrigerator. I'm kind of a DIY person, but this had me stumped. I finally decided to call an expert for repair. Bill took my call and called me the next day after he researched my problem. He gave me the part number and told me how to locate and replace the broken one. When was the last time any repairman did that for you at no cost? Will call him again if I ever need repairs!

Almost 3 year- old Kenmore refrigerator died on Sunday morning (warranty recently expired). Sears couldn't come look at it until December 20th. Who goes 12 days without a fridge?! Found Bill's add on the web and called him at 7 am Monday morning. He was here at 9 am! Took off his outside shoes, put on his inside shoes, and diagnosed the problem. Replaced the fuse, gave me a 60 day warranty, honored his coupon, and charged me $75.00 for the whole thing. Sears wanted $75.00 just for the service charge (what service?!). I will definitely recommend Bill to others and call him in the event I have any more appliance issues. Thanks Bill!!

We've used Appliance Service Pro for multiple repairs in our home. The service is outstanding in terms of scheduling, follow through, and getting the job done. In this day and age of so many contractors and repair people lacking customer service skills, it's refreshing to find a company with great all around service. We would recommend ASP to anyone.
