Bob has been amazing! Very responsive and timely and personable. He worked on our building multiple days and did a great job.

First I must say that Bob was very punctual . While on site he found three problems. The first 2 were corrected quickly. The third took a little more time to pin down. This was a dead short found between two rafters that were sistered together. I would have never found this problem. Bob also educated me on a few things and I plan to have him com back to replace my breaker panel. Good job Bob. Thanks.

Once again Bob was able to come in and problem solve a very tricky situation! Installing my new toilet was more complicated then I realized it would be due to some odd plumbing that was done previously in my 1985 condo. Going without an upstair toilet for 3 weeks was miserable, enter Bob -- to save the day! Thanks again for all your expertise Bob!

He did great work at a good price.

Bob came over to look at a valve that I thought needed to be replaced. The valve was in a very difficult location which would require tearing out dry wall. It probably would cost over $1,000 to tear out dry wall, replace the valve and repair the dry wall. Instead, Bob determined that the valve just needed some WD-40 and open/close the valve a few times. That's what he did and... the valve stopped leaking since we could close the valve all the way! He only charged $150 for his hour of work. I will definitely be using him for all of my plumbing/electrical needs! Thanks again Bob!

It is amazing to me the quality of work. Bob is a perfectionist and his work reflects it. It's worth every penny.

I have been using Robert for over 15 years. I own commercial property, income property and a home. Robert changed out all my fluorescent lighting to LED lighting. He has added outlets, upgraded wiring and solved breaker problems. I highly recommend Integrity Electric.

Had Bob in this winter to replace a couple outlets. He found an issue with the dishwasher's wiring and fixed the problem. Bob is fantastic and is a great value.

Bob answers his phone promptly (I've spent hours before trying to get hold of any electrician) and scheduled me quickly after discussing the issue. He is upfront about his cost and time frame and he is easy to understand. He can do other work in the house too. I will be using him for future work/renovations.

Robert Bruce chose to name his business "Integrity" and after receiving electrical service from him I understand his decision.

First of all his work was superior in quality, professionalism, and timeliness. On one part of his project for me he had to correct some shoddy work from another contractor. He quickly, and effectively found a solution that fixed the problem to my great satisfaction.

Now I want to revisit his commitment to service and Integrity. When I called him, he was working on another job that was taking more time than he planned. But I told him that I was up against a time problem, and he promised me he would visit me before going home that night. So although he was tired and hungry from a workday that had extended well into the night he put his promise to me first.

Then, after reviewing my problem he offered up a better solution than I had requested. Along with this he significantly reduced his overtime service call charge which I had agreed to as better service to me.
Please consider that I have been in my home for over 30 years, and spent many thousands of dollars on work. I have had many excellent service providers and a few bad ones . Robert Bruce is in the top 5% of excellent service providers I have received.

I have some remodeling work coming up, and Integrity will be my contractor, no question about it.

I needed some cable installed through my walls and attic. Bob stayed late till the job was done and everything worked properly. Had some issues with some parts from Home Depot that I bought but Bob stayed to figure out the issue and made sure I was happy with the job. Thanks Bob!

Robert did a fantastic job replacing hardware on my tub. It was a challenging job that required a lot of different skills and he was able to knock it out in a couple hours. I am very satisfied with his work

Bob came out double checked my panel and fixed a breaker that was going out. Went above and beyond when others were saying that I need a whole new panel. Super great and friendly, very knowledgeable and amazing work.

I've used Integrity Electric & Home many times over the last 9 years, and I've always been very satisfied. Bob is easy to talk to, punctual, very knowledgeable and I trust his recommendations 100%. I always feel comfortable with his work and ethics.

I hired Bob after moving into my first home. I had a few “wants” and a few needs when it came to getting work done on the condo— adding an outlet, changing some sconces, and some highly questionable wiring in my kitchen. He had amazing depth of knowledge and helped me with my entire list. He then went a step further and helped me hang curtains in rooms with plaster/concrete walls that I couldn’t drill through on my own. He also walked through my condo and identified that I had mice (eep!) that I wasn’t aware of and he told me all of the tools I needed to buy, where to get them, and how to use them so I could plug the hole that they were entering from.

Bob’s services were really reasonably priced and he went above and beyond the actual things I hired him for. I would absolutely recommend him!

Bob has not only been fair in his estimates of a job, but has been on budget every time I use him. He has done electrical, plumbing and home improvements for me, and I have other projects I will be hiring him to complete. All around good guy.

Bobby was extremely proactive in communicating with me, visited our home on time when he said he would, and was very helpful in deciding how to go about our remodel and where to place the light fittings and outlets.
