Juan Dimas owner of JD Home Improvements, just came to our home, personally to inspect a remodel to our basement. There were some personnel issues with some of his employee's and the quality of their work.

Mr. Dimas of JD Home Improvements meticulously inspected the work done and listened to our concerns. He not only apologized, he assured us that all issues would be addressed and "made right."

It is refreshing in today's society to find a genuine individual that cares about his companies reputation and more importantly customer satisfaction. As a Military Veteran and a retired Firefighter who was injured on the job after 34+ years of service, it is difficult for me to do the things I was able to do when younger. My wife and I have to rely on honest people who follow through on their commitments to provide quality work at a reasonable price. JD Home Improvements cares sbout its customers and values customer satisfaction.
