Heater wasn't working properly and Adrian with Mountain Pro was at our place in15 minutes, and problem was identified and remedied in short time. Thanks for the professionalism.

Adrian responded immediately and was at my house in under an hour at 6:30 at night! This is type of response is so rare these days. The swamp cooler fix was relatively simple but had it not been done we would have had significant problems down the road. Everything was explained thoroughly and he took pictures and showed them to us. The trip fee was more than reasonable and that was all we were charged. They have a lifetime customer in me.

It has been a long, long time since I've experienced this level of professionalism a d customer service.

Adrian does amazing work and will take the time needed to do a job well done while keeping pricing reasonable. He got my swamp cooler fixed up and running and passed on valuable knowledge about A/C and my furnace.

Adrian is fantastic. He is very responsive, communicative and trustworthy. We have used him over 4 times now, and we really trust him. He has made a lifelong partnership with us!

Adrian and his team are by far the best!!!! I was referred to him by a friend when my furnace went down during the coldest time of the year. When I called him he called me right back and came over that day. He is honest and explained everything I needed to know about my situation . A few days later he came over with his team and put in a new furnace system for me. It was a hard and complicated job and there was more work to be done to bring in up to code than we first thought but he kept tp his original estimate and actually got me a better furnace than we had talked about. Adrian is my HVAC guy for life and I highly recommend him!!! You can trust that he will do excellent work for you and at a fair and price and will explain everything to you and you will walk away from this experience knowing you got your money's worth and the job was done right!

Andrew came out within a couple hours of my call, was very professional, figured out what was wrong, and got my furnace running again. The service charge of $65 is very reasonable and the same day service was exactly what I needed.
