Kam was amazing!

He has helped me 3 times and has always been kind, effective, and flexible around my schedule. Initially, he was referred to me by a friend when I needed a home inspection before I purchased my home. He provided all the details requested to close on my home. Once I moved in, I asked him to assess my fireplace, which wasn’t working—he not only assessed it, but fixed it, cleaned it out, and had it working within 40 mins. He is methodical, tests, and re-tests AND best of all he’s respectful of cleaning up my home after his work.

Kam also teaches me about my home, makes suggestions on maintenance, and what to keep an eye out for. Most recently, I received a message from my Google nest that something was wrong with the fan in my furnace in the middle of winter. Kam came the same day to help and followed up to make sure things were on track.

It’s great to be able to support a small local business and get such great results. You definitely want to use HVAC Army.

Kam and his crew are outstanding! My mom has a home that standard central air could not be installed. Kam came up with an alternative solution and the system they put in is wonderful. My mom is older and very picky and she kept changing where she wanted the unit. Kam was so patient with her and put the unit where she was happy. Absolutely fantastic service! Kam has gone above and beyond the past several months. He has fixed gas issues, water heaters, and AC units for our rental properties and our own personal home. Kam stepped in when my home warranty company left me literally in the cold. With a major snowstorm approaching and after waiting 72 hours to hear from my warranty company, I could not wait any longer. Kam came out the same day and completed the repair just as the storm began. He went well above and beyond to get the part required as well as maintaining clear communication and expectations. could not recommend him more.

I had another company and an electrician scam me and Kam was so transparent, effective, communicative, and professional. He 100% knows what he is doing and is the HVAC whisperer. His customer service is unmatched and he always comes prepared with booties to not dirty the carpet, tarps so cover the floor while working, and everything he needs to ensure a quality job. Working with Kam was incredible! He replaced the AC unit, water heater, and furnace in my new place before I moved in. He took time to show me around my new system and walk me through the maintenance. It was a smooth and easy process. I cannot recommend him enough!!
