i was able to reach out and schedule a same day ac diagnostic service. they provided a picture of the technician, ricky, before the appointment which helped us recognize him. we also got a 30 minute heads up before his arrival. our technician, ricky, was knowledgeable, meticulous, and straightforward about the entire ac repair process. he didn't attempt to sell us anything we didn't need or wasn't necessary for our ac unit. he guided us in making an informed decision independently. when we faced a hiccup with wrapping up the payment paperwork, he was able to resolve it on the spot, so there was no need for a follow-up. i would highly recommend them for anyone having issues with their ac in aurora. their service was 10/10.

i've been using this ac repair service in aurora for years, and every time, i've had a great experience. ricky and the rest of the technicians who have come out to my house have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all things air conditioning. ricky just came by recently to do my regular ac maintenance, making sure my unit is running smoothly for the hot summer months. he also replaced my air filter, which has a lifetime warranty with the company, and took the time to answer my questions about air cleaners. i really appreciate how cheerful and patient he is every visit. in the past, someone from the office would give me a call to remind me to schedule my summer and winter ac check-ups, which was super helpful since i can get busy and forget. i realized this year that i didn't get a call and had to call in myself to schedule the appointment. i learned that reminders are only for members now, so i’ll just have to keep track myself from now on. my appointment was set for 8 to 10 am, but i got some emails saying 8 to 12 instead. when i called at 9:30 to check in, the representative explained that ricky was finishing up another urgent job from the weekend and i’d be next. i do wish someone had called to let me know he’d be running a little late, as better communication would have helped me plan my morning. even so, once ricky arrived, he did a fantastic job as always. one last thing – when i wanted to leave a review, i was given a card with a scan code, but my phone is pretty old and couldn’t read it. it took a while to find the right spot to leave a review online. it would be great if there were an easier way to leave feedback, maybe a direct link on the website for those of us who aren’t so tech-savvy. all in all, i’m really happy with the ac service and the team. i always feel confident my air conditioning is in good hands, and i’ll definitely keep calling them for any repairs or maintenance i need in aurora.
