This is a great company for all your property management needs. Despite what is said I know Andy and Gabriel personally and have worked with them for many years. They have always gone above and beyond. I won’t mention names but people are just mad because they don’t wanna pay their dam bills. Pay the bills you get the services you need it’s not that hard.

We have used Perfect Cleans for a lot of our property needs! We use them mostly for our common area cleaning and we have had great resident feedback regarding cleanliness of our community. They also offer turn services as well! Joey from the office team is super helpful and responsive!

This company is amazing. While I didn’t hire them for cleaning services, I knew that they rehab apartments and homes as well. They completed a gut remodel of our entire house resulting in a brand new stunning and beautiful home to last another 20 years 🤩 Highly recommend!

I'm not sure how they are in business there cleans are so terrible!!!!

They got called out because my apartment had standing water. They extracted the water but didn't leave fans. Had to come out the next day to do it right. Said they'd be back on Monday to remove the fans. The tech lied and said he completed the job when my floors were still torn up. They sent 3 people out. They replaced the carpet, but didn't put a pad, stretch it, or hammer it into the tack board.

If I could give a zero I would. It's been 8 days. Just do your job.

I used this company for a few years and gave them many chances to resolve the poor cleaning services & tenant complaints. They increased the rate at one building & stated it was part of our agreement. When I asked for evidence of that agreement, they went silent and then put a Lien on my property to exhort the payment/rate they wanted. Beware of Perfect Clean.
