We have had this company help us several times with our automatic horse waterer. They are always very responsive even when it is very cold. The last time in the winter of 2020 they didn't put the right part in and it made the water too warm..
They needed to order another part. It took a little while to get the part and we had to water by hand. They didn't charge us for the 2nd trip to take care of it. I appreciated their consideration.

They stated they weren’t able to fit us in until after the weekend, but then called right back to let me know they would come that afternoon so we wouldn’t have to go all weekend.
