I sent a message at 5am as our heater was not working they called me back not long after and were absolutely amazing and were great about getting us in and taken care of and on xmas eve to boot. We will use them for sure in the future.

Honestly, some of the best costumer service I have ever had with a service company. I can’t speak highly enough of Jeremy walking us through what was going on with our system and how he was planning on fixing it. We will definitely be using Ideal Comfort again in the future.

The customer service from this company is about as close to perfect as it gets! I used them to install a mini split system on my shed. Their tech, Jeremy, was professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company for anything HVAC!!
