Another outstanding job performance by Elite Rooter. Pedro was on the job with in an hour of my call and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. I recommend Elite Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Javier was awesome! He definitely knows what he's doing. I appreciate the honest interaction I had with him. It makes having to deal with things out of your comfort easier, knowing how it's going to get done and how to help prevent further costly damage. Thanks Javier

Javier was fantastic. Very kind and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell us anything we didn’t really need. Honest and friendly. We will call on him in the future if need be.

Excellent service! They were able to come out and assess the work and complete it all within three hours. Had another company out prior that told me they would need to cut a hole in my wall to do the work. These guys got it done without having to do all of that. Really pleased with the work and the customer service

Fast, friendly and convenient! My 4yr old flushed a hotwheel that just kept getting clogged. He came out within 1hr and replaced my toilet! He even took the time to replace my child's potty seat!

Javier did an outstanding job! Fast, cheap, and reliable. He did the remodeling of my basement and I could never be happier. Fantastic service!!

Javier did a great job at my house. He added a bathroom into an attic loft closet that had no plumbing and finished the whole room with tile, walls, flooring and vanity. It turned out great. I would highly recommend.

Javier came out on time and very professional work.. clean and clear with everything done. Will definitely call back next time!

Isaiah Sarmiento drove from Brighton to Greeley and even apologized for not arriving earlier. He was very polite and continued to problem solve until our issue was resolved. He communicated what he was doing and why during the process. Isaiah was conscientious about keeping the area clean when he arrived and cleaned up very well. I will be calling Isaiah for any future problems and I will recommend him to neighbors.

Javier was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. He was very fast, extremely friendly and personable . Would call again and highly recommend!!!!

Jeremiah Sanchez was prompt, courteous & solved our problems in a professional manner.
(However the base of our toilet needs to be re-aligned, because that stain was not there). I am grateful that Jeremiah returned to correct this.

Now, I am requesting the email with photos and the written documentation to see if we have any recourse to collect on builder/construction defect, as described when repaired. Greg has checked his email & it is not there!! Please call me if you need to Verify.

We have used them before, and they are great! Quick to respond, and we had a technician to our business within two hours. Carlos was friendly, quick to identify the issue and prompt about implementing a fix. Thank you Carlos!
