Thomas communicated well during the entire process. That included calling when he was on the way, arriving on time, and informing me of the condition of products during the service. He took his time and made sure everything was clean and working properly. I was extremely satisfied with his work.

Thomas from DNI was just out to conduct our annual maintenance. He worked on each unit thoroughly completing the job right the first time. Thomas was professional as well as respectful of our home. He explained in detail the work he conducted.
