From start to finish you guys were great! You got us on the schedule very quickly, which we appreciate. Mitch and the crew were very professional, explaining and going over everything they did, and did a fantastic job on the install. It looks very nice and well put together.

Bryan Baker worked with us for several months to determine the best ducted heat pump system for our heating and cooling needs. His knowledge and communication skills are superb. The installers under Mitch were very professional and efficient. The week after installation we had below zero temperatures and we are very happy with the results of our new system. Referred to Save Home Heat by a co-worker and could not be happier with the experience. Our furnace was not running properly and I knew I needed some expert help.
Scheduling was friendly and easy (and timely). The service tech, John, was out the next day on time and courteous. He diagnosed the problem (capacitor) replaced the piece on the spot, and took the time to point out some basic furnace maintenance areas and how I could handle them myself. Overall a fantastic experience start to finish. I was very happy with the result, the professionalism, and the new HVAC company I have found. Thanks all for the quick and successful help!

The gentlemen who serviced our heating system were very experienced, speedy with their work and provided excellent costumer service. As home owners, we wanted to understand our heating system better, and they both took their time to explain things in laymen's terms so we have a better understanding how our condenser heater works. Anyone who is reading this review is probably deciding if Save Home Heat will be your best choice. As someone who just used their service, I recommend them. You might find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find the experience and peace of mind that your home is safe and healthy.

I am late in sharing a review despite how much work Save Home has done for me, from a panel upgrade + heat pump installation to ongoing maintenance and repairs, going back to 2023.

For the initial installation in 2023, Save Home's team (electricians, HVAC installers, scheduling, sales) were all prompt, polite and easy to work with. We had a handful of novel challenges from the incoming city power supply to placement of new circuits and locating drains on the indoor head units. The team effectively worked through every problem and was on point supporting the city inspection process throughout.

Gabriel's been at our place multiple times to maintain our system and it's always great having him by. He always entertains my questions about the health of our heat pump system, how he and his team maintains them and keeps me aware of everything that's happening with our system. Save Home went out of their way to correct an issue on our heat pump system during the first maintenance - hugely appreciated and made a huge difference for us.

I'd absolutely recommend a Mitsubishi heat pump mini-split system, and I'd absolutely recommend working with Save Home for your home maintenance and project needs.

Save Home Heat just finished my install of a new HVAC system, 2 AC's and 2 new furnaces. They were fair and thorough in their bid and explanation and the team that arrived at my home made a tough job seem easy. They were professional, friendly, and concerned with doing the job right! Clear, transparent, great at communicating, friendly, prompt, and they go the extra mile. Awesome customer service. When doing service on my furnace, they found the manual nearby and analyzed what extra work needed to be done, and presented me with their findings. Jeremy is so great. Then they helped me on-the-spot clean my bathroom vent. When raising my vent exhaust pipe on the exterior of the home, they did another couple inches to make sure it's definitely to code. Didn't try to oversell me on anything and were very honest. They have my business going forward and I'll recommend them to all my friends and family!

We had Save Home Heat install a new A/C unit, Furnace, and Water Heater in our house since the time we bought it and every time they’ve done amazing work. Whenever we’ve had a problem, they’ve been super responsive and willing to help. I can always count on them to fix anything that pops up and installing anything brand new without a hitch. Every time they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure the work was done up to code and well. And shout out to Jesus who came out twice this year to service our A/C and fix a pump in our furnace. I had such an excellent experience all around with Save Home Heat! Bryan was a thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable source of information. He was always prompt to respond to my questions and was super helpful. The guys who did the install were excellent as well and every time I've called for anything, my call has been answered right away, by a human, and everything from scheduling to filing the Xcel rebate has been incredibly quick and easy. Save Home Heat has been a fantastic company to work with on several occasions. When my furnace broke, they were one of the only companies to not try to talk me out of an electric air-source heat pump in favor of a new natural gas system, and their demonstrated expertise (e.g., walking me through how the systems work, detailing their calculations for getting a unit of the appropriate size) led me to choose them for the install. They were fantastic throughout the installation process, and the heat pump they provided has kept the house at its usual warm temperature through Denver's coldest weather (down to -17 degrees Fahrenheit most recently) while being ultra-efficient through most of the year. Save Home Heat also made the rebate process very easy.

Most recently, following a burst water line and some basement flooding, they helped me service the heat pump to quickly get it up and running again. I'm also using them to replace my hot water heater. Save Home Heat is professional and timely, and their technicians have consistently done an excellent job while taking the time to answer all of my questions. Working with them gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Corey and his team of professionals completed installation of a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump for me today. They walked me through every aspect of the electrical panel upgrade, conduit routing and heat pump installation process. The process was completed timely, efficient and according to my specifications. I was impressed with their professionalism and openness to discussing all steps of the process.
