Graham was outstanding!! Very punctual. Kind, considerate! Explained procedure. Have very good prices. Would definitely use his service again and recommend him over and over. Thanks, Graham for helping a senior with uncomfortable repairs.
Well, I just tried to wash some clothes....did not drain, water all over the laundry room, big mess. I will be calling in morning.

Graham was amazing! He was knowledgeable and kind, with exceptional customer service skills (including shoveling my sidewalk for me & being kind to my dog). He fixed our leak quickly and then was thorough enough to educate me on what he was doing. Can't recommend him enough!

I panicked this morning when I woke up to find a huge puddle of water near my kitchen sink—especially since I had to work today. I called the office, and Amber was super friendly and helpful. She was able to get me a same-day appointment, which was such a relief. The technician who came out was also fantastic—professional,
knowledgeable, and kind. It ended up being a rusty valve under the sink & they got me fixed up same day! Thank you for being so insightful and supportive while you were at my home!

Our hot water heater broke, and after struggling to find a company that would service our area, Amber went above and beyond—calling us back after hours to arrange for Andrew to come first thing the next morning. Their customer service was truly exceptional.

Canyon Plumbing quickly and successfully repaired my boiler and water heater after one company installed the wrong part and another company recommended a new HVAC system the price of a car. Eric Martinez at Canyon was knowledgeable, efficient and effective. He provided options and explained the problems without doing a sales job. The office staff were and timely and courteous as new parts were sourced on the same day. Very satisfied and relieved.

Andrew came to give us a quote on the remodel of our basement. He was not only polite but very thorough and knowledgeable in letting us know exactly what we would need to have everything up to code. Great experience!

Andrew did a wonderful job! 1st visit was the estimate and he was straight up with the cost and explained what he would be doing when he came back for the repair of my refrigeration line that had broke.
The repair day went smooth. I will definitely call them again if any future work needs to be done.

I had to have my main line cleared of tree roots. Amanda (yea for women plumbers!!!) was very courteous, arrived on time and explained everything clearly.

Very professional and quick installation by Theo on my water heater in a really tight space and new garbage disposal installation! He arrived on time (earlier even), worked well with my condo maintenance crew, and finished way quicker than I expected. Will definitely be calling back soon for additional kitchen services!

Somehow I found this company and I’m so glad I did. Amanda was prompt and professional and easily solved my plumbing issue. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them. You can tell they know what they are doing and they show up prepared.

We were so glad to discover this company. We have had issues of clogged toilet and bathroom drainage. Andrew was very efficient and professional. I am very pleased with this company and will always call them for future needs. Amanda came to install a dishwasher, and although the instructions were confusing and only included (hilarious) pictures, she took the time to figure everything out thoroughly. She made sure the dishwasher was not only installed correctly and looked great, but also leveled properly so the drawers wouldn't slide back and forth. Amanda went the extra mile—she cleaned up everything so well, it was like she was never there. Excellent service from start to finish!

On time, friendly service! Unfortunately we needed an appliance repair, not a plumbing one! But they were really fair with a $0 diagnostic fee!!

Andrew came over to give me a quote on changing out some hot water heaters. He was punctual, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. If I were any plumbing company, I would relieve all of my employees and spend the money that I pay them to clone Andrew.
