I have had a couple of not so great experiences using home services companies in the past— but today, that was all turned around. Scott showed up to replace our garbage disposal on time, and I was so thankful for how above and beyond he went for my household. When we realized we needed a dishwasher replacement too, he was right on top of it. He was great to my dogs, great to chat with, and more helpful than I could even have asked for. I’ve found my go-to guy for plumbing, and I’m so thankful for him turning a stressful situation into a wonderful day.

We had an issue with the bathroom drain. Sergio was very attentive and diligent making sure everything was working correctly before leaving. He also explained what was happening and why. Extremely personable. A very positive experience ✨️ ☺️

We called late on a Tuesday the day before Christmas Eve and we had Josh here within an hour. He was courteous and professional and had our problem fixed in a jiffy! Highy recommend!

FIVE STARS! So happy with my experience! Deborah did my booking and was so incredibly kind after an awful experience with a plumber that didn’t show up on me. Service came in less than an hour with a text update ETA. Already I was pleased, but then Saso went above and beyond to make my experience what it was! So knowledgeable and thorough. We used Roto Rooter today to fix a clogged toilet at our office building in Boulder. We like to use them for this type of issue because of their fast response.

He had our problem fixed within an hour after calling, and also took care of some other minor plumbing issues while he was her.

Roto Rooter is super for emergencies! We will use them again.

Zac was our service technician and he was fantastic. He let us know through the process of what was being done or what needed to be done as well. We enjoyed the honesty and letting us know what maintenance for future would be like.

Google Fiber crews collapsed my sewer line. Within an hour Roto Rooter was on scene and took over the project. Their team was professional as well as prompt. Within 48 hours the entire experience was over and issue was completely resolved. Extremely happy with their work.

We called Roto-rooter at 8:00am on a Saturday after our sewage backed up through the floor drain in the basement. Horrible! Josh came out within an hour and was very friendly and professional. After cleaning out 175' of the drain, he cleared the blockage! Josh also sent a technician to run a camera down the pipe to check a section he thought could have damage. We now have peace of mind that our sewage system is working at its best. Thanks Josh!
