Excellent - above and beyond - highly professional - attention to detail - We don’t know where to start! We sought out three different bids for our backyard landscaping - all landscapers were recommended to us - but Aaron at Pinnacle impressed us from the start! He was very knowledgeable, came totally prepared for our meetings, listened to our ideas and had suggestions of his own. The other two companies sketched rough diagrams on legal pads with no real specifics on sizes and costs - just rough estimates. Aaron came with detailed, computer generated drawings from every angle, a list of the plants he proposed with pictures, and a broken down by each item bid for our project. We were blown away! Pinnacle was more expensive than the other bids, but we felt much more comfortable moving ahead with Aaron. The computer generated designs were EXACTLY what we had when the project was completed. We don’t have our furniture yet and there is snow on the ground today so the pictures are not showing the completely finished project - hopefully I can add more to my review later. We absolutely cannot more highly recommend Pinnacle Landscaping - from the first meeting to the finished project they have just been excellent. We could not be more pleased with our back yard area. If we could give them 10 stars we would!!

Pinnacle did a fabulous job designing and installing a xeric landscape in our front yard featuring rock, berms with mulch and perennial plantings, and featuring specimen boulders. David was the designer and company contact. The installation crew worked hard and were extremely courteous. I highly recommend their services.

Their pricing was much better than the other competitors we interviewed, for very similar work, they were very prompt in completing our front and backyard installations, and they were very cooperative in addressing a few changes we made throughout the process, even when we were being maybe a little too picky. After meeting with several contractors in spring of 2023, we selected Pinnacle Landscaping for a major deck extension project (added 300 sq. ft.) that also involved some significant re-landscaping of our backyard. From our first meeting with Andrew Serna (the owner), we knew we were dealing with someone who had integrity and was very straightforward (which was awesome and ensured consistently clear communication throughout the project).

The various teams of people that Pinnacle Landscaping had working on our project were respectful, detail-oriented, experienced professionals. Each of those craftsmen contributed to the ultimate success of our project, and we are truly grateful for their tremendous efforts. (It literally took 14 men to get our solid steel spiral staircase into the backyard! It was incredible to watch.)

We have just concluded the project and we literally could not be any happier. Our new deck is absolutely GORGEOUS, the spiral staircase is a work of art, the hardscape and landscaping updates are beautiful. We are beyond satisfied with the final results.

Bottom line: We will only call Andrew Serna and Pinnacle Landscaping for our future landscaping needs… and you should too. They really are THE BEST!

I recently had a very pleasant experience with Pinnacle Landscaping. Since my backyard landscaping was not installed by the builder, I started out with a blank canvas to design an efficient and water-wise finished product.

I did my due diligence and reached out 6 different landscape companies. I gave them all the same design specifications and needs. Each responded. Of the six, Pinnacle did not fall on the low end or the high end. Actually, they fell right about in the middle.

Andrew Serna, the owner of Pinnacle, met with me in person, and we walked the property and discussed my design plans. A few days later, we met again, and Andrew presented me with a detailed bid.

After careful analysis, and comparison to all of the other bids submitted, I decided to select Pinnacle to move forward with my project.

Shortly after we signed a contract, Andrew assigned 2 of his very best skilled workers (20+ years of experience with the company), Oscar and Freddy. Throughout the project, they worked seamlessly together, showing up on the job on time and working tirelessly throughout the day.

Andrew visited my site almost every day to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the progress that was being made. At the end of each work day, the crew cleaned up the work site and left with the day’s duties complete.

I can’t speak highly enough about Pinnacle and their commitment to integrity, excellence, quality of work and following through with each line item in the contract.
