We have used Bill Nance for the 18 yrs we've been in Brighton and have always been pleased with their work. When the water heater went out, even though it had been installed by another company and was still under warrantee, we had Nance replace it. Dealing with the other company had been a nightmare and it was worth the extra money to be back under the Nance umbrella.
