I've dropped off a couple of commercial blenders here for my work. They were helpful in getting everything covered since the blenders were still under warranty. Service was quick, done in under a week.

Had a pretty serious issue with our brand new Blodgett ovens. Zach H and the ladies in the office were great to work with and stayed on it till the issue was resolved! Would definitely recommend.

The team at General Parts have always been pleasant to work with from setting up appointments to the technician completing the work correctly. I am glad to have them in Northern Colorado.

The tech Bill comes to work In our hospital kitchen all the time and we know when we see him, whatever he’s fixing, it will be fixed right. Other companies have tried but it’s always been them fixing the same pieces of equipment over and over. Bill is the best tech ever never had a problem with him , he knows what he is doing..if it’s a question of whether it’s going to work or not he is always honest. And even sometimes lets us know whether We should fix it or maybe even just replace it if it’s not worth the cost to fix it.

We have been using GP for 4 years now and are very happy with their service . The techs at GP are very knowledgeable and do a great job, especially Bill. He has gotten me out of a number of jams. Even going above and beyond what is required. If I have a question, or need assistance, Bill and GP have always come through.

I was not aware of this company before being referred to them by another vendor that gave us a very long appointment window. General parts found time to come and asses our machine and quickly had parts on order. Once the parts came in I added subsequent overtime to get things done ASAP which they found one of their techs to accomplish. At this point, General Parts is now our preferred dish machine and kitchen appliance vendor. I'm glad we ran into them.

Zack H came to our school today and was a tremendous help . Made a huge difference. He had no problem explaining what he was doing along the way with our Walk In Freezer and in the end, the issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner. Very knowledgeable and we will be using G.P for any needs going forward as a result of how today went . Thanks again Zack !

GP tech criticized last vendor repairs, but I found the GP tech put the parts in wrong

Bad service. 6 months and 5 visits from techs for warranty work on a brand new robo coupe. Never fixed the problem. Charged me over 500 dollars without informing me. Very shady and disappointing. I recommend using other companies for any warranty work.

Company charged me $1000 to move an oven 6’ because I didn’t pay them there pre inspection fee to come make sure a water line and outlet existed. Will not budge and are blaming a third party company that they work for. There are other companies in this city that offer transparency and don’t try to take advantage of small businesses.

If there is a zero I would give it, extremely poor service, overcharges, hidden fees, over $4,000 to fix one of the switches on the iron plate. I believe it was a misdiagnosis by the technician that caused us to be overcharged, no help from the billing department, including their manager. Highly do not recommend using their service again, I will not be returning.

Called multiple times to schedule service on an oven. They say they will send someone out. Nobody shows. Called 5 times. Don’t waste your time.
