I'll never let another company come close to my remodel! These guys are impeccable.

Flatirons Construction Company rebuilt our roof. They were fantastic. They were right on with their estimate and time table for the job. I highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

I have worked with Flatirons Construction on a number of jobs and they always do an excellent job everyone you talk to or work with is always very professional and courteous. They are respond quickly to any questions or issues that arise. Great company to work with and I highly recommend them for any job you could possibly need done.

Flatirons construction has twice provided major additons and updates to our house. They are a joy to work with in every aspect. They move the projects along quickly and efficiently with impecable quality. In both phases, they were able to do their work while still leaving us a comfortable space to live in. Everything from the design to the final cleanup is the workmanship of professionals who become friends in the process.

Flatirons Construction was recommended to me by one of the other families who lost their home in the Marshall Fire.

Their recommendation was important because a Rebuild from a natural disaster is more complicated than other kinds of construction. There is a lot of extra work that must be done in addition to the actual build.

Flatirons and the amazing Ekman Design Studio were with me every step of the way as I struggled to get home. They researched and found timely solutions to every building question and challenge we encountered. This was not easy as there were many disaster relief guidelines and codes that had to be met.

From plumbing to painting, I met every one of Flatirons' subcontractors and they were all pleasant and professional. They constructed a house that is the envy of Original Town. I could not be happier.

Special shout-outs to John B. and Kyle F. who shepherded this build from beginning to end. You guys are the best. I always felt like I was in good hands with you and appreciate the time and care you took to keep me informed about our progress as we went along.

I recommend Flatirons Construction to anyone looking for a company that delivers on quality construction at a fair price. But I especially recommend them to anyone still working to rebuild from the Marshall Fire.

My husband and I completed a major home remodel with Flatirons Construction that included our entire first floor, indoor/outdoor living space, and master bathroom. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional

Kyle and Matt managed our project with impressive attention to detail. They were highly responsive to all our questions and needs throughout the process. When we expressed our desire to be back in our home by June (construction began in January), they made it a priority and delivered on that timeline.

Every worker who entered our home was polite and professional. The entire team showed consistent respect for the fact that they were working in our living space. Their attention to keeping the work area clean and orderly made the renovation process much less disruptive than we anticipated.

Great construction company who helped us re-build our custom house after a car fire. They were partners through the whole process helping explain to our property insurance the unique aspects of our house "redwood beams", etc. This allowed us to re-build the house to it's original unique style. The group is also very collegial, ethical and easy to work with. The final product is high quality. We are extremely happy with the end product and look forward to enjoying our house for years to come!

We recently completed a substantial home renovation project with Flatirons Construction Company (FCC). They exceeded every expectation every step of the way. The teams from FCC were incredibly efficient throughout the entire project, and their attention to detail was outstanding. Every aspect of the work was completed with care and precision. FCC treated our home as though it were their own.

Every member of their team we worked with -Matt Parker, Sean Maloney, John Bachman, and Steve Lawrence- were absolute experts in each of their respective fields and their subcontractors proved to be equally exceptional.

What really stood out while working with FCC was how receptive they were to our wants and needs. Any question or concern was met with an immediate, thoughtful response, supported by the clear and consistent communication they maintained from day one. They listened carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure the final result aligned perfectly with our vision.

I'm one of the renters of a house within an HOA in Boulder. These guys were on site when I showed up to the pool for the first time ever wondering when the pool would open. I politely asked, "I don't think you would know but have you heard when the pool opens?". Long story short they were super curt, rude, and standoffish. Maybe they had a bad day, but I wouldn't hire them after that classlessness. 5/17/2024

We hired them to rebuild a commercial dentist space after a pipe breakage.
We found them to be horrible. We are not local and they took full advantage of that.
The owner made decisions that were not his to make. They did a terrible job, and their interactions, overheard by others were very rude and inappropriate. I would never recommend them for commercial job or situation where you can't watch them constantly.
We ended up have another company complete the job at a fraction of the cost.
