Altitude Irrigation has been taking wonderful care of our irrigation system since 2023. I highly recommend them for their quality of service! Our most recent turn-on service was done by Mike who took the time to inspect and troubleshoot our system and make the needed repairs. The owner, Derrek Shorrock, always responds quickly and courteously to questions, and the website makes it a breeze to schedule appointments and ask questions.

Mike did a stellar job on our sprinkler system repair. The entire plumbing on the side of the house needed to be redone, including the backflow, manifold, and valves. He kept in constant communication with us during the project that day as far as costs, preferences, and progress. He restored the walkway, etc... back to its original ascetics after the project. He was very friendly, professional, and a joy to work with.

Mike was very knowledgable and kind, and got my sprinkler system repaired and ready for the summer. This is the second time that Altitude has done wonderful work for us, and I am happy to recommend them.

I was very appreciative that Altitude was able to reschedule my appointment two days earlier than initially planned, as they were paying attention to the weather forecasts for really cold temperatures that were approaching. System winterization got done just in time!

I had a great experience with Derrek the owner of Altitude Irrigation. I had a sprinkler blowout done this morning. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. After reading his excellent Yelp reviews, I booked the blowout through his website which was a super smooth experience, and he showed up on time and completed the work quickly (about 30 minutes to do 7 zones).

We were able to chat while he was doing the work, and he let me know about some things going on with the age of the system and recommendations for the future (but was not pushy about anything).

We want to add new valves for automating watering of the vegetable garden as well and we are planning to have him out next spring to do these irrigation upgrades and maintenance.

Derrek showed up when he said he would, did excellent work for us (sprinkler manifold replacement), did the work within the estimated cost (and threw in a sprinkler head replacement for us at no charge) and was professional throughout. We will use Altitude Irrigation for all of our sprinkler needs going forward. 5-stars

Great service and very happy with the end result. We had a new line run to our sprinklers as well as updates to our junction box and existing pipes. Service was professional and they did the job the right way and took care to ensure everything worked properly before leaving the property.
