Nate and Sam are great. Very professional, extremely transparent, and all around a pleasure to work with. They provided a competitive quote for a new AC install. Their consultation was far more clear and comprehensive than anyone else we worked with, and Nate’s approach to sales was proactive but not high-pressure like many of their competitors. Nate was very quick to respond back and gave the best quote for replacing a non-functional HVAC unit.
He got the unit installed and running within a day of contacting me and was present at the job site the whole time. He would be always available to share updates on the job and goes above and beyond to finish the work.

Nate and Sam have been great to work with getting my home humidifier installed in a difficult space in my 1940s house. Their prices were very fair and I would heartily recommend Colorado Bear to anyone looking for a solid HVAC company.

When a tenant called on Sunday morning and said that the air conditioner was not working I told her I would do the best I could to have it repaired as soon as possible. Even though Nate and Sam had a busy day they took my call and got the unit repaired and cleaned as well! Less than 12 hours! I know this can’t always happen but they were able to make it happen this time. Very professional and knowledgeable with more than a few repair parts on the truck-not always the case with some companies. Fair pricing and fast service, I will definitely call Colorado Bear next time I have an issue with my hvac.

My experience with Nate and his team was amazing! He gave me the best price around town ( and yes I shopped around) and also got me into the schedule within two days for the install. Not only that but Nate gave me his number to contact him directly if I had any questions or concerns. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again for any repairs or maintenance.

Bear came to me highly recommended by a good friend. I called them for a second opinion. The first company that came out tried to fix my A. C. but their work caused the fuse box to trip. They then told me I needed an entirely new system for about $10K! Bear knew this coming in. I was in a vulnerable position and they treated me with great respect and professionalism and did not take advantage of that fact. They took a look at the setup, fixed it and charged me the $169 trip charge. Thank you, Sam and Nate! You are at the top of my list now for ac and furnace work!

Jeff came over to do a fall service of the furnace and air conditioner. He took his time to clean and check everything. When he was finished he took the time to discuss his findings and provide me with options to consider in the future. Highly recommend these guys!

The best! Sam & Nate did a deep dive diagnostic with our ongoing heating issues with our newer Daikin VRV heat pump and furnace. Their expertise was on full display, and much appreciated.

Sam & Nate both took the time to truly diagnose our equipment & get to the root cause of ducting airflow, fan settings, and drainage issues. It took Bear Heating & Air to fix the problem, where 2 previous HVAC company visits only tried band-aids.

These guys are amazing!

Tenants moved out of my rental, when I did the initial move out inspection the furnace was open and the whole system was off.

I needed to schedule annual inspection and maintenance anyways and had called other companies in Castle Rock with no reply. Nate called me right back on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get me on the schedule for the next week.

Jeff (service tech) was so knowledgeable and professional while onsite during his inspection and additional service visit. He walked me through his evaluation and service recommendations, I definitely felt like I was in good hands.

Colorado Bear Heating & Air are true professionals. Right from the start, they give me a 2 hour window and they were here in the first 30 minutes. They were able to determine the problem I was having with my air conditioner and fixed it in an efficient amount of time. Jeff explained very clearly the issue and what he needed to do to fix it. He not only took care of the problem but he was proactive so I know what to do if it happens again. I highly recommend Colorado Bear Heating & Air for the professionalism.
