Great service! The tech was extremely knowledgeable and transparent with me. Told me the issue and the root cause of my problem. The price was reasonable, paid 327 for changing the blower motor since i had a warranty for the part and did not have to pay the part price.

Such a great experience. Our technician was very knowledgeable, and honest and got our a/c working. We will be using this company again.

My 26 year-old HVAC system was not cooling. Eric from Mountain Air spent two hours troubleshooting my system and was able to determine the cause and repair it. He methodically went through my system to figure out the problem. He was very knowledgeable And seemed to enjoy the challenge of solving the problem. I have used Mountain Air for 22 years to do semi annual maintenance checks. I highly recommend them.

Eric was professional and identified the issue with my furnace right away. There was no unnecessary recommendation for replacing parts. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off with company. They'll be my new goto HVAC provider.

Tech did a wonderful job on replacing our April air humidifier filter and worked up a system quote for replacing the furnace and air conditioner. Explained each option and the benefits of each.

The technician Eric was excellent at explaining the problem with our A/C. He was an great example of the kind of service that homeowner should expect but does not always get!

We were very pleased with our initial experience with Mountain Air Comfort Systems Inc. I can't give them anything but a 5-star rating.

As a back story, about 2 years ago we got a new furnace and AC through a well-known company and were initially happy with them. But when they came back for the first of a contracted inspection the next spring, the technician gave what turned out to be bad info on the type of filters to you. On the second (fall) inspection, that technician told us that the filters we were using were wrong and that as a result the fan blades were very dirty. He suggested at $500 cleaning, which we declined.

Unhappy with the first company, we looked around and chose Mountain Air Comfort Systems on the recommendation of a brother-in-law. The technician, Matthew, came out today and serviced our AC. He clarified the proper filters and assured us that the fan blades, although they had a small amount of caked on dirt, looked normal for a 2-year-old system. They did not need to be cleaned at this point. Matthew was on-time, courteous, competent and efficient. We were very happy with this experience with Mountain Air Comfort.

We have used Mountain Air Comfort Systems for years. Always a good experience. Scheduling is easy and our tech's were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Work was accomplished efficiently. See you next year.

Mathew from Mountain Air came out for annual maintenance of my furnace. Reasonably priced, patiently answered my questions and clearly explained everything. It all checked out as only needing cleaning, so I feel they're very trustworthy. Will be using Mountain Air for A/C maintenance in the spring. Highly recommend!

I have used this company several times and have been very happy with their work every time. The technicians are experienced and knowledgeable, as well as professional and courteous. Fair pricing too.

Contacted the company this morning via website for a quote on a repair. Through texting, was able to get a quote which was $450 less than company who diagnosed the issue with the HVAC. Appointment was set for this afternoon and Eric And Trey did an awesome job. They checked to make sure the problem was not due to something other than a defective part. After ruling out other causes, they replaced the defective motor and switch (both were under warranty). Eric explained everything in detail and showed me how to check things on the thermostat that I was not aware of. And I was charge the quoted price. Will definitely stay with this company (company that installed system less than 4 years ago disappeared and declared bankruptcy). Will also recommend to others. And love that it is a local business that has been around for 30 years!

I am happy with the service provided by Matthew. Mathew explained everything he did and he cleaned up the system thoroughly. He showed me the system operation levels which were
excellent since the system is new. I would recommend Mountain Air for to others needing HVAC service.
