Doug and his TEAM did an incredible job in terms of hitting the budget, attention to detail (QUALITY WORK!), keeping the work areas clean, and being responsive during the entire process which is a rarity for construction-contractors. I will be using him again for future projects

They did a great job. They started and finished on time. The price was reasonable. They were responsive to all my requests and respectful of my home. The work looks lovely. I feel lucky to have found Dodd Construction!

Doug and his team remodeled our bathroom from top to bottom. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They gave excellent suggestions, took pride in their work and responded quickly to our questions. Any issues that came up were quickly addressed.

Doug and team did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! It was an extensive project that ran smoothly and on time. Five stars across the board.

I have hired Doug and the guys to frame and drywall a small section of wall in my living room. They were prompt and polite and worked within my budget. I know a lot of contractors are hit or miss but these guys followed through with the job on time and exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been in the electric trade for 17 years, I have never seen a carpenter be so meticulous in all of his work. His quality is outstanding and his employees provide this same attention to detail. I know how hard it is to find good help and Dodd Construction has done an excellent job hiring top notch employees.

Doug framed and trimmed our large covered outdoor patio. He did a beautiful job and was always on time and worked within our budget. Will attach photos to show finished project. He worked with us when the general contractor fell through and we had to finish the project working directly with the subcontractors.

Doug Dodd and his crew removed a 40 year old red wood deck and created a beautiful stamped concrete patio. Next, they replaced all of our beat up flat panel doors with six panel doors. Finally, they remodeled our 40 year old master bedroom. This was all juggled by Doug, John, Riley, Alan and Bryant during the worst of the pandemic. Totally satisfied and highly recommend Dodd Construction!

Very professional. Great team - helpful and knowledgeable. Work completed was exceptional. We are loving the new en-suite and updates! Very highly recommend Doug and Dodd Construction!!

The guys at Dodd Construction did an excellent job under my patio, which needed to be repaired. Riley fixed a railing in the house that had come loose. John, Doug and Riley work very well together and I really appreciate them for taking on two small, but necessary jobs! And, the price was very fair! Denise Manning, Parker

Doug and his awesome crew just finished a basement Refresh and finished a Laundry Room for me. They provided a detailed quote, did not exceed his budget ( if I made request that was out of scope of the project, he provided an updated quote). The crew removed all demo debris, helped clean up and move furniture back in to place. When a piece of work needed a different professional, i.e. new plumbing, he made sure that they met his standards and got feedback to ensure task was done to my satisfaction. His crew is knowledgeable, extremely customer centric and a delight to have in my home. My dog Bodie misses them still. I will have them back for my next project

Doug and his team are fantastic. Everyone we worked with during our remodel was a professional. I would absolutely recommend Doug for any project. Doug made sure that everything was done correctly and to a high standard.

I've had Doug Dodd and team do several projects around our house. Always easy to work with and they do a great job. They are reliable and prices are very reasonable. They are my go-to!

This company was suggested to me for a remodel in my home. Doug presented as not only professional, but also knowledgeable and reputable. Although there were a few hiccups, as there are with every construction project, he and his team were amazing. (The hiccups pertained to obtaining necessary supplies, not the crew) I'm thrilled with the level of expertise and efficiency. I will use them again and again as the need presents.
Thank you Doug and crew!

My project scope and timeline fully changed so I wasn’t able to work with Doug after getting his estimate, but I can attest to his professionalism with reviewing the project. He went above and beyond with his time and energy to help me visualize what needed to happen. Returned every call and text promptly. Exceptionally conscientious. Without question I’d have liked to have worked with him. I’ve had at least 20 contractors in my house over the past 15+ years. I think only one or two were as professional and knowledgeable during the estimate phase as Doug was. He seems outstanding. Also a nice, cordial individual.

We've had Doug do 3 projects for us in the last month, a remodeled basement, master bath and new railing in the dining room. Every encounter with him or his crew is professional and friendly. We are thrilled with the people and the workmanship and we've sign on for a 4th project already. Thanks Doug its been a really positive experience!!

Doug and his crew came in and renovated a bathroom and built a beautiful railing for our home. Doug kept us informed on their progress each day so there were no surprises. The crew showed up when they said they would and were very professional with their work. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you Doug!

Best decision for a massive repair/renovation. Had a major repair issue that Doug was able to identify almost instantly, whereas 3 other professionals were unable. Not only did he identify the problem, he confirmed it before providing a very reasonable estimate. Additionally, Doug was able to come up with an innovative, affordable, and BEAUTIFUL way to renovate the interior of my home. He is professional, courteous, INTELLIGENT, and has amazing, quick, friendly, QUALITY professionals on all of his teams. He made my home look beautiful again at a price better than I could find elsewhere and with a difinitive fix to a major issue, where other professionals were providing inflated quotes on 'guesses'. Use him, you won't be disappointed!!
