Mark is a true professional and very skilled at HVAC deployment and maintenance. I have used him for several years, and would never consider the majors. Personalized service and customer retention are top priorities. Get on his calendar....if you can!!

Great service from a locally owned small business! I called Nordic about day after my A/C stopped pushing out cold air, and I got a call back from Mark the next day. First thing Mark did was apologize for taking a day to call me back; the first good sign that I made the right call. The second thing he did was have a brief conversation with me about the possible issue(s) with my A/C; from listening to me, he had an idea of what the issue(s) were. Then we scheduled a date and time, the next day, to check out my unit; he was there right on time. He checked the system over, confirmed the issue discussed the day prior (he even showed it to me), fixed it and further checked out my system after the repair to make sure it was working correctly, and then further discussed ways to maintain my system. He quoted me a price for the work the day prior over the phone and stood by the quote. I have nothing but great things to say about Nordic. Hit them up for your heating and cooling needs. BK

Mark is the definition of a professional!. He is up front & honest, prompt, a wealth of knowledge, a REALLY nice guy and most of all fair. We had him out several times after things shut off or sounded dire (ie. expensive). He took lots of time to diagnose what ended up being relatively small fixes. After taking so much time to fix and educate us on the state of our systems and what we might need down the road we were blown away by how little he charged us. As a home owner this is the repair guy you wish that could do everything in your house!

Mark came to my house with less than 24 hour notice. He diagnosed and fixed something that the last HVAC company supposedly came to fix 3 weeks ago. (It wasn't checked properly!) The exact same issue from before. : /

Nordic is great! Mark came out on one of the coldest days of the year to fix my elderly in laws furnace. He was kind and professional to them and got them back up and running within minutes. I highly recommend Nordic.

Mark was wonderful! Another company told us our system was broken and that they would replace it a week and half later for $8600. I called Mark for a 2nd opinion. He came over that same afternoon, added refrigerant and it started cooling the house right away. Due to the age of the furnace/AC we decided to go ahead and replace it anyway and Mark was able to replace it all for much less than the $8600 and within a few days. And in the meantime, his fix was working well enough to keep the house cool while we waited. I highly recommend calling Nordic first.

Mark helped me out a few years ago and did a great job on an installation, so when my parents house needed a system clean up and service, I called him. He is very responsive and he and his team do great work. Very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend Nordic.

Mark is the guy you want to work on your projects. He is professional and knowledgeable. He won't try to upcharge you for products or services. He will recommend what you need and what is appropriate for your home. We had a new condenser installed as well as a new coil and line set. Mark presented me with the appropriate options and information to help make my decision. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. I highly recommend Mark and his crew for any HVAC needs. I will be using him exclusively in the future.

We had Mike from Nordic Heating and Air conditioning come and do an install for us. He installed an air conditioner, heater, and water heater, doing all three in one day! He did a phenomenal job! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. We got some quotes from other places and he was the best price, very affordable for the amount of work he did. If you need any kind of repairs or new install give Mike a call, would definitely recommend him!

Service was exceptional. Mark was able to meet the same day and walked me through troubleshooting my furnace problems. He did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. The fix was quick and he was able to give me a lot of information about the furnace and advice on when to upgrade. Overall very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.

I cannot even express how much I appreciate Mark and his crew for their hard work. We had a tough situation with a furnace room door that was placed after the heater and A/C units were already in my house. They had to remove the casing in order to get the old units out and the new units in. They did an amazing job of not damaging any part of our home to get everything installed. No big sales pitch. No over-selling. No pushing. He was honest and I greatly appreciate all his help. We like him so much, we had him come back to do a water heater replacement as well. I would highly recommend him. Trust me...I did a lot of research and lived without A/C for over 2 weeks in August just to find the right person. You will absolutely not go wrong with him.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Mark. His company installed a completely new HVAC system in our home last year, and he is promptly responsive to any questions or issues that we have. During the most recent below zero cold, we had some trouble with our heating system, called Mark, and he was out within an hour to get everything back in proper working order. When I found Nordic, I was actually originally looking at another company to come take a look at my AC. I decided to lump Nordic in with a few other companies on my initial request, and I'm sure glad I did! Mark sent me a response within a half hour late on a Friday night taking to me about my issue. Nobody else responded until after the weekend, and the company I was originally looking at NEVER responded!

Mark was able to squeeze us into his schedule on Monday night. He was very thorough when he was explaining everything he was looking for, and everything he was doing. He tested the airflow in all of our vents, cleaned our air conditioner, and gave it the appropriate amount of refrigerant. Mark was genuinely excited about how much better the air conditioner was performing after he was done, which showed me that I was working with someone who is passionate about what he does, and the customers he serves. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and I will not hesitate to call Nordic Heating & Air Conditioning should I ever have any problems with my air conditioner in the future. Five stars can't begin to express how pleased I am with their service!

Had an issue with furnace on a Saturday morning. Sent a message with inquiry via the web, Mark was able to respond quickly with some recommendations. Though they didn't pan out, he was able to then visit early that afternoon and did an excellent job in troubleshooting what wasn't really a 'normal' problem (hidden exposed thermostat wiring had partially shorted out the thermostat). Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced, especially considering this was a Saturday call. I absolutely recommend him to anyone, particularly here in the Aurora area.

Mark came out and got my furnace fixed fast at a very reasonable price in this cold spell. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness with my heater repairs. I have been burned by heating companies in the past and it is refreshing to know there is someone out there who still cares about honesty and integrity with what they do. I will use Nordic for any future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone.
