They did Quality work on the house foundation repairs. They were on schedule and met their estimated finish schedule.
They explained the work that was going to be done and how it was going to be done.
Their work crew was awesome.
They were easy to work with and always answered ny questions and calls.

Being in the construction business around the world for 55 years I have seen the best and the worst of contractors big and small. SQC is finest of the finest. If you need foundation repair or other services they offer, you cannot go wrong. One clear and complete estimate, started project as stated and completed as scheduled. Outstanding quality. I thought I was the only one left that delivered the best. But good to know I am not. Hire them. Today.

Luke and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Prior to beginning my project, I had several companies come out to see my situation, provide their recommendations on how to tackle the project, and give me an estimate on the overall cost. Luke was the only professional who understood both the complexities and sensitivities of my project and provided a clear vision for delivering exactly what my wife and I wanted. Furthermore, as they executed the project, they checked in with us at critical junctures to ensure that they were meeting all of our expectations. In the end, they exceeded our expectations and we were exceptionally pleased with their work. Our retaining wall was damaged by tree roots. The stucco that was there was cracked and breaking off and the cinder blocks were separating. Sanderson Quality Construction evaluated the problem, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. The newly repaired retaining wall looks fantastic and matches the existing brick planter wall perfectly. Thank you, Luke, and crew.

They did a fix and flip foundation repair several months ago. Got in and got it completed in exactly the timeframe as they stated exactly as agreed. It’s unusual in construction.

Our home was a once in a blue moon odd scenario, which they handled with ease. When I asked if they could provide grading services to the rest of my property (outside my original request) they accommodated my wishes. When the structural engineer required more foundation be replaced/installed which required additional demo of our front porch, Luke and his team replaced it at a considerable discount and did a beautiful job.
