Fermin, the project manager for our backyard renovation was super friendly and helpful. He was very professional and got my opinion on multiple aspects of the project just to verify that they were doing exactly what I had in mind. The workers were crazy efficient, finishing in about 3 days when the estimate we had been given was 2-3 weeks of work. Highly recommended, would use Genesis Group again!

The Genesis Team did a fantastic job from the initial planning design, to ensuring the final product exceeded our expectations. We will definitely refer our friends/neighbors to Genesis!

Genesis Group was incredible to work with for our landscaping project. From the first meeting with Amber (Sales) to get a quote, to the second meeting with Nick (Project Coordinator) for the onsite pass down to Will (Project Foreman), through the final project (completed by Will and Gary) they met and/or exceeded our expectations. The people at Genesis Group were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them for any project you might have in mind. They told me what they were going to do, when they were going to do it and the actually did it (which is becoming a rarity this day and age)! If you are looking for a company that does beautiful work, stands by everything they do, and treats customers beyond compare then you want to use Genesis Group. We've had several compliments from neighbors on how beautiful the finished project is. We plan on using Genesis Group for additional projects on another property in the near future.

Genesis Group did a great job, from designing my new patio and water feature to demolition to building the new patio and bubbling rock area. Eric did a great job with his design, listening to what I wanted, making good suggestions and patiently reflecting my modifications. The crew worked incredibly hard. Demolition was more complicated than expected but they solved the problems. They were very careful not to damage existing landscaping. Fermin, the project manager visited at least once a day, usually more often, to monitor progress and give me updates. The crew's artistic design in creating the water feature was exceptional. They took their time to lay out the area perfectly. Clean up was also terrific. They completed the job in the forecasted time. The crew worked hard, and were very helpful. I would hire Genesis again in a second and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Couldn't be happier with our new flagstone patio and sitting wall! Eric did a great job of coming up with a unique design and the price quoted, although not the lowest bid we received was very close and definitely gave us the best design and finished product for the money. We felt that we got good value, for sure. The patio is beautiful and the crew did a great job cleaning up and getting the work done in a timely fashion. The drainage issues on our property were solved with unique features suggested by Genesis. Ultimately Eric and Barry worked hard to ensure that we were very happy with the work and satisfied with the craftsmanship of our patio. We heartily recommend Genesis!

Genesis group is a professional landscaping company. I hired them for two separate jobs and I will hire them first and foremost when another job is needed. They are competent, talented and great to work with. Their landscaping ideas and attention to detail are exceptional.

Barry and his entire staff did a terrific job on our outdoor deck fireplace. They were able to find and match our exterior stone and it looks amazing. Kyle was in charge of our project and he is the consummate professional. He was in constant contact with us so we understood each piece of the design and build. I will definitely use Barry and his team on our next project. I my opinion, you can’t do better than The Genesis Group for your next project.

We absolutely love our new yard!! From the initial design to the planning and logistics working with the Genesis group was pleasure. Lee did a great job of getting the project started in a timely fashion and the men worked tirelessly to get the job done.

Amber was really helpful! Answered all the question I had coming from someone with zero experience with landscaping! She was very attentive and on the spot when it comes to appointments since we’re a very busy household. She showed every detail I needed to fully visualize our dream yard. She was really helpful when it comes to change of the plans and staying within your budget to make your dream yard come true! She was there every step of the way! I highly recommend genesis group for and landscaping work.

After almost 19 years, my original landscaping was a mess. It was overgrown, overrun by weeds, and the grass was in terrible shape. I decided to update the landscaping and began looking for a company to do it. I called three different companies - one said my job was too small for them and the second one wanted to charge me for a consultation as well as the landscape design. Genesis Group was the third company I called - I definitely should have called them first! Benjamin came for a consultation. He listened to my issues and concerns and worked with me on designing an update to my landscaping. Within a day, he sent me the landscape design. Once they started the work, I could see it coming together and made several additions. The entire team was great (especially the landscapers Nick and Robert), listening to my ideas and making recommendations. An unexpected benefit was the upgrading of my sprinkler system. Nick fixed the lines and changed out the sprinkler heads so that the system now covers my entire lawn (no more missed spots). The whole project took about two weeks and I couldn't be happier with the result.

We've hired Genesis for multiple projects and they've done a phenomenal job every time. We're moving to a new home in Colorado and I'm sad they don't service that area!

Genesis took very good care of our gardening project. We wanted to xeriscape and they were amazing. The whole team of workers were gracious, friendly and did a tremendous job. We are really pleased with the final result, which made our garden look really nice and tidy and leaves room for us to add our own touches down the road. Big shout outs to Lee, Barry, Nick, and Robert. They were a pleasure to work with. We also really appreciated Nick coming back to help me understand the new drip irrigation system

These folks have been wonderful. We met with Ben on three occasions exploring different solutions for our new landscaping project which would encircle our entire home. We had some extensive weed infestations that needed addressed, plus needed a much better appearance than our DIY approach over the past 20 years. Ben was very knowledgeable and patient. Even after we decided on the solution, he was still open to adjustments along the way, and offered some great ideas in flower and shrub combinations along with a varied use of rock. Lee’s team then kicked into high gear and did a fantastic job. They were great at blending new materials with repurposed materials from our old layout, which saved us a lot of money too. They were prompt on site each morning and worked at a strong pace to complete everything, including cleanup, in a short time. After completion, Lee returned to the house to continue some weed treatments into the Fall to insure everything stayed looking great. Genesis is absolutely wonderful ! Doug & Mary Owens

I found Genesis Group when looking on Angie's List. With so many companies to choose from, I contacted the first company I saw. I was given a free estimate and they were extremely patient with me making decisions and changes. They never pushed me to hurry and decide. The owner worked very close with me on what I wanted and gave suggestions as well. When I needed to cut cost a bit, we worked together and looked over the plan closely, finally coming up with a fabulous design that was going to be amazing! I received a 3-D video and drawings that totally made me ask, "that could be my yard?". Although I thought my project was small it required lots of strenuous hand work. The team of Lee, Nick, and Elijah were so easy to work with! They started early each day and worked like crazy, barely slowing down. The knowledge they displayed gave me no reason to doubt any of their work. No question was ever tossed to the side, they always answered and gave excellent information...even in the middle of something. Even with a couple of minimal changes I requested, they happily performed.
If I had the option to give a 10 star rating, I would. But since the highest rating on this review is a 5...I certainly give them a 5 star rating! I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work the Genesis Group did and so proud to show it off to all!

I was updated several times a week on the progress of the project with photos and details of what stage the crew was at during the project. I was very impressed with the communication I received. I was not living in the same town where I had the work done so the constant updates helped me know things were moving along as planned. I would recommend Genesis Group to anyone considering having cement work done.

Genesis Group was AMAZING!!! I just needed a smaller decorative curbing job done. Had others tell me my job was too small for them to even consider. The lady scheduling was responsive and great to coordinate with. Barry came out and met with my mom, as I got pulled away last minute for a meeting. Barry called me back to make sure I got all my questions answered. Lee and his team were efficient, clean, knowledgeable, courteous, and so much more!! I loved the work they did so much, I a contemplating adding it elsewhere. And my neighbors love how great and finished it makes my yard look!!!! Thanks for great work and great customer service!!!

Genesis and Kent did a fantastic job for us. Through some random luck, we acquired a chairlift chair and needed someone to build a swing for us. I found Genesis through some online searching and called to see if this was something they would be willing to take on. Kent came out a few times and admitted they had never done anything like it before, but thought they could do it. They drew up some plans and took lots of measurement and the final project turned out fantastic. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Genesis to anyone that needs landscaping (or a chairlift frame)! Thanks again Kent!

I needed to have a deck enlarged at our home near Colorado Springs. I’m a general contractor in Kansas and didn’t have time to build it. I’m glad I found Genesis on the internet. They did a great job, stayed within the time frame I asked for and had great communication during the build. We had no issues and are very pleased with the deck. They use quality materials and kept the job site clean. We highly recommend Genesis!

We had a great experience with Genesis. Barry and Benjamin were professional and easy to reach. Our project crew headed by Enrique did an amazing job building our deck. These guys worked so hard! The deck is beautiful. We would highly recommend Genesis.
