I had a a tree fall on the powerline to the house and it pulled out the riser pole, meter box and pretty much all of the outside attached hardware. My home is in Cripple Creek at 10,000 feet and it's has been 15 degrees at night so this repair was life and death to us. I called and talked to Rob and explained our situation and that all the usual sources were backordered or had delivery dates of 5 days. The situation for the family was pretty dire and Rob and I talked about the stuff I needed and he said "No problem, we know this is serious and we will get all this ready for you for today" I was up all night worried about what I was going to do and in one phone call at 6am they said they had me covered. It was the best veterans day gift I could have hoped for. It's nice to have a sense of community and concern from a business and I wanted to take the time to tell you how much I appreciate your help.
