From start to finish, Justin was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. He took the time to explain exactly what was needed, handled all the permitting and safety requirements, and made sure everything was up to code. The installation was done neatly and efficiently -- the wiring was clean and the final result looked fantastic. It's clear he takes real pride in his work. I also appreciated how well he communicated throughout the project -- he showed up when they said they would and followed up afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly.
