We had an after hours emergency and they were able to communicate and come out the same night to assist with the issue, determine the root of the issue (ended up being a utilities issue) and help escalate with the utilities company. While here, they were able to provide us with some temporary fixes to ensure we could keep some power for critical items (like the refrigerator full of groceries) until the utilities company could arrive. We so appreciated the promptness and helpfulness.

The two gentlemen who installed my ceiling fan were friendly and above all, competent. This was a very difficult installation and they found multiple methods of doing what needed to be done. I enjoyed watching them in action. I highly recommend Dr. Electric for high quality and friendly electrical work.

I ended up finding Dr Electric because I put in a quote request from the second highest rated electrician company in my area and they never got back to me after 5 days. So I called Dr Electric and talked to a wonderful woman who gave me some advice on my problem and then got me an appointment for 3 days later. Raymond came on time, put his little booties on to not track anything in the house, got exactly what I wanted done in no time with no problems. He was super friendly and was a great time chatting while he was finishing up. I don't know if it was under or over priced for what he did but I was fine paying what we agreed on to have a professional fix my issue. Would definitely recommend them to anyone based on my experience and I'll be looking to them first for any future needs.

The Dr Electric technician arrived on time and quickly trouble shot and diagnosed the issue I was having with my hot tub...couldn't ask for more competent and better service!

I have used Dr Electric in the past, used them again today, and will be using them for any future electrical work I may need. The absolutely the best customer service one could ask for starts when you call them up and continues even after the work is done. Dr. Electric was phenomenal from beginning to end! Rick (the owner) quickly diagnosed the problem we were experiencing and what we needed to do to upgrade our electrical box. He even told us about a potential fire hazard that had been missed when we bought the home. We had a quote within a day from his company. We waited to act on it and got a few more quotes however, his quote came in the most reasonably priced and it was itemized. Which we appreciated. Plus we felt more at ease going with him because of how knowledgeable he was about his craft.

The day of, they were prompt, despite the snow storm, and began work right away. They were neat and worked the entire time to get our system upgraded and back up. They were professional and cleaned up the space and even left us with a recommended drywall repair contractor. Even though they cut into the wall to upgrade the box the drywall was cut perfectly straight and they patched it so it wouldn't be an eyesore until we got the drywall repaired. Honestly we could go a pretty long time if needed before getting it repaired because the patch work they did was so neatly done. Also, as the project was occurring they answered any questions we had and was considerate of the property.

Rick and his crew are amazing! It is comforting to know that we have finally found a worthwhile electrician that we can count on to get the job done correctly and honestly. We highly recommend them to others!

What an amazing company. Called for a lighting issue. Bob came to the house and determine that not only was the light switch bad but also the fan was bad. He replaced the switch and I replaced the fan. While installing the fan, the wiring diagram on the instructions did not match the wiring in the ceiling. FaceTimed Bob and he walked me through the issue and how to rectify it. This level of service is not found very often today. Highly recommend DR Electric for all your needs.

Everything from the estimate to final work went smoothly. I had many opportunities to ask questions about the project and I always felt like my concerns were heard and considered. The final work looks great and the inspector even commented that the work was done very nicely.

Jimmy Garcia and his crew did a great job on upgrading my electrical panel. They cleaned up their mess and were extremely professional. Would hire Dr. Electric again for future electrical needs.

I had a great experience with Dr. Electric installing lighting in our kitchen. Even when complications on the installation came up they handled it completely professionally and completed the job successfully. I am very pleased with the work done and will 100% recommend them to complete any electrical work.

Excellent work by Jimmy Garcia to install a new outlet in a closet. He finished the job quickly with no issues.

I’m very happy with the work Dr. Electric did. I needed an outlet added to my bathroom. The bid came after a virtual (FaceTime) site visit (very smart and convenient). Their bid was mid-range of all I got. They arrived promptly, assessed the options and found a way to install the outlet AND restore power and install an outlet in an old box, no extra charge! They cleaned the area completely after the work was done. The electricians were friendly and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Called to schedule an appointment and they were able to make it out in just a couple days, as my issue was not urgent. Raymond came out and quickly knew what was going on. I did not have them perform the fix but would not hesitate to hire them again.

Easy process to get my lighting issue diagnosed and a new light fixture installed, went above and beyond by also putting in new doorbell.

We had an electrical emergency with our well system. We called multiple well company emergency lines with no answer. Dr. electric came out same day, found the problem, and prioritized our repair to get us on schedule within a couple days. We are so so grateful for them and their hard work.

From start to finish, Raymond was a true professional. He diagnosed and fixed our problems with our electrical panel far faster than I imagined it would be done. It was our first time needing some electrical help since we built this home and we're very glad to have found Dr. Electric and have Raymond help us out. 5 stars all day long based on his performance and the communication was excellent. 11/11/2025 Raymond and Bob came to install a heating element for my in law. They were once again excellent and she's happy. Thank you Raymond, Bob and Mr. Electric for such great service and being so responsive to our needs.
