I upgraded my home electric panel and distribution with KCD. They had the most reasonable quote of all I received and were the only firm of 8 to offer me a complete explanation and walk through of what they proposed to upgrade my Elizabeth Wright Ingraham one of a kind home. Their work is flawless and undetectable other than the obvious new equipment. The team was on time, on schedule, and kept me continually informed. In future I will use only KCD for electrical work.

Since the upgrade KCD has installed new lighting in my house and garage -- it substantially improved living quality!

Replacing the incandescent bulbs with LED had saved me $35 in electric bills in two months!

Kraig and his son Trevor helped us with our electrical work in our garage. They were extremely helpful and also looked for problems with our fireplace electrical work too… that led to looking at our lights and changing out our fluorescent lights that had mercury in them and changing those out with LED lights - they are both very professional and did a fantastic job! We will call them again, I am sure! It’s so nice to find a business you can trust to help fix your electrical issues fast and do it right!

I can’t say enough great things about Kraig and his son Trevor at KCD Electric. Not only did they complete the work they were hired for with precision and care, but they went above and beyond by identifying and replacing outdated basement lighting that posed a serious safety concern. Their proactive troubleshooting speaks volumes about their integrity and expertise.

The main project involved upgrading my circuit breaker box and wiring a newly built detached garage for both 110V and 220V outlets and lighting. From start to finish, their work was thoughtful, clean, and extremely well-managed. Kraig and Trevor laid out a clear project plan, communicated thoroughly throughout each phase, and seamlessly coordinated with other contractors on-site to keep the overall project on schedule.

We first discovered KCD Electric when they responded to a work order from our home warranty company. Since then, we have called them to complete several special projects around our home and have been exceptionally pleased with their work. They developed a lighting solution for an office closet and made the attic functional by installing several multi-winged light fixtures. Every time the results and the functionality were beyond what we expected, and we couldn’t be happier. Their work is professional, they are prompt, cleanup is through, and prices are reasonable. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Kraig and his son were amazing to work with! They were referred to me by multiple neighbors when I needed new outlets installed on my home. KCD electric is fantastic! They’ve done several projects for us so far! We have a house built in the early 1900’s, and they came in with the professionalism and patience to get the jobs done. The picture is from our attic, where they ran all new electrical and balanced to loads to make sure I could install this bar and lighting exactly the way I envisioned it.

Kraig and Trevor are great! We had them come in on recommendation from First American Home Warranty. They were fast, courteous and very nice to chat with. They had a wealth of knowledge and even helped to install a smart thermostat that we were having trouble with, which was outside of their scope of work. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area for any and all electrician work needed.
