The owner (who did our initial estimate) was very friendly and understood that I was getting a few bids before starting the work we needed done. He also explained what work needed to be done and went over the estimate with me and appeared to be in no hurry.
Then the two gentleman that did the work updating our home electrical and installing the plug for our Tesla were prompt, professional, polite, finished before I expected, cleaned up the workspace, and communicated very well during the process.
From the office staff to the electricians who came to the house, I was extremely pleased with Swartz Electric. I would definitely recommend this company and personally use this company again for any future electrical needs.

This company is topnotch in every respect. I called for an electrician to come to my home to give me a quote for several projects. Greg was very knowledgeable and gracious. The quote involved switching out ceiling fans and dining light fixture, as well as installing a floor outlet, and removing track lights in kitchen and replacing it with recessed lights. The quote was very reasonable. But the best part was having Nathan and Jack come do the work. They were exceptional. Very skilled and efficient as well as dedicated to giving the best customer service. They recommended dimmer switches in the kitchen and dining area, which I would never have thought of. They also cleaned up thoroughly. What a great experience. I highly recommend Schwartz electric and will use them again. They are first class!

Wonderful experience and fair price for needing a licensed technician. Even with the complication of going through concrete it was an extremely reasonable quote for an electric outlet for our washer. Greg, the owner, came out for both the quote and completed the work and I've had his team of technicians to just as good a job in the past. I love that their photo is text to me so I know this is not a con artist impersonating an electrician. Also, I'll add--I have HIGH expectations for licensed electricians since my dad was one for 30+ years. I'm so grateful that Swartz Electric is so affordable for the great quality and expertise that are required.

This company is TERRIFIC! The appointment was scheduled promptly, the electrician Jack showed up on time, with a text ahead of time with his picture and his 4.9 star rating. As soon as he spoke, my husband and I knew he was a man of integrity whose word was his bond. He did a great job hanging the chandelier. And he fixed a lighting problem in our bedroom's with the touch of a button! We’d ask for Jack again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Swartz Electric

At times it can be hard to reach the office, but I got an appointment pretty quickly and Anthony and his coworker came out to bring our outdoor outlets up to code. While the materials I think are priced pretty high, the per-hour pay for the two of them was more than fair. Since we paid per hour and still had some time left after they were done, they offered to install the hardwired smoke alarm I've meant to replace, and even replaced two receptacles indoors. Very kind and knowledgeable, customer focused.

Excellent locally-owned business, great communication and friendly, professional service! I needed help with a new video doorbell and while I thought I knew what the issue was, I was out of my DIY comfort zone. I sent a request for service through the Swartz Electric website. Received a prompt and friendly phone call and was added to their schedule for about 30 days out, but then got another call a week before my scheduled appointment - the electricians had a last minute opening and could stop by that day! The communication leading up to the appointment was great, they even send a photo of the electrician who was assigned the job. Jack and Anthony arrived promptly, were calm and courteous (even had booties to put on over their shoes while indoors) and Jack quickly determined the issue was indeed with the doorbell transformer not having enough power for the new device. They didn't have any correct parts with them, as I was a last-minute addition to their day, but Jack was very knowledgeable and didn't mind showing me exactly what I needed, what everything did and how the new transformer should be installed in case I wanted to finish the upgrade myself. I'm happy to say I was able to get a new transformer that evening and successfully installed it - my doorbell now works 100%!
