Daniel was great! He came and fixed the switch and installed the light fixture quickly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and super solid. I’d call these folks again without hesitation if I needed another electrical repair!

The Electric Way team did such a great job! From initial contact with scheduling service with Maria to Travis coming to my home to perform the job, everything was flawless. Maria was very helpful in getting what we needed scheduled and super responsive. She took the time to call to ensure the work could get scheduled ASAP. Travis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did such a great job and answered all questions we had. He also was very sweet to my dogs when they came out to say hi :).

Had them come out to deal with some bathroom switches that weren’t working. Daniel and Evan were friendly, professional, and quick to diagnose & fix the issue. I enjoyed chatting with them & will definitely be reaching out to The Electric Way for any future electrical issues going forward.

My husband and I needed a new outlet installed in our bathroom and a flickering light fixture checked. Scheduling a free estimate was quick and easy. Vincent arrived promptly, assessed the work efficiently, and provided a fair quote. We were thrilled to have both the outlet installed and the light fixture fixed the same day! Vincent was professional, courteous, and worked with great efficiency. We’ll definitely be using Electric Way again. Thank you, Vincent!

I had an estimate appointment scheduled for 0900 this morning with Travis Jensen. I was looking forward to this appointment as we need Ethernet ports installed in our office and The Electric Way was highly regarded by some friends as the best in town. I received a friendly automated text at 0805 letting me know Travis was on his way. I promptly showered and dressed the baby in preparation, and was downstairs near the front door by 0835. By 0915 there was no knock or doorbell ring. I checked my Ring app to confirm there were no missed alerts between 0850 and 0915. I then called The Electric Way seeking support. The kind young lady on the phone said that Travis reported I was a “no-show”. He says he was at the house for 10mins, ringing the doorbell, and that I did not answer. He also stated to the woman on the phone that he was at my house at 0900. This means he would have left my house 5mins prior to my phone call and therefore should recall what the exterior of my home looked like. I described the exterior of my home and the young lady attempted to confirm with Travis that he had gone to the right house. Travis stated that he did not recall any features of the house and was now on his way South to another appointment. She confirmed my correct address was on file for the appointment and could only repeat what Travis reported, that I was not home 5mins prior to calling for support. I clarified that he must have gone to the wrong house because my Ring app recorded nothing from him. The young lady was unable to answer more questions and offered to have Travis come back later, but could not schedule a concrete appointment time with me. She asked that I remain available until noonish for him to show up, saying he might call when he was done to say he was on the way. I asked why she couldn’t reschedule to a specific time bc I have an appointment and couldn’t linger at home til noon for an electrician to “maybe” show up, but she did not provide a reason. I thanked her and said I would be seeking support elsewhere. The 2 stars are for her attempts to support and her professionalism - though I do believe she should have just rescheduled for me, as I had asked, instead of asking me to hang out for a potential show. Overall disappointed in my first impression of The Electric Way.

I am following up to my previous 2-star review, more like a complaint, posted less than an hour ago. While I did manage to schedule a different electrician to be at my house at noon today, The Electric Way made multiple attempts to right this morning’s mess. First Maria, the kind young woman from earlier, called to offer that Travis perform a virtual estimate. While I appreciated that offer, I declined and let her know I had someone else coming to the house at noon for an estimate and, if the estimate is pleasing, to potentially also perform the work today. David then reached out, apologized for the morning mishaps, and offered to be at my house within ~40mins to provide their estimate; he promised he’d be out before the next electricians arrived so I can make a more informed decision. I accepted David’s offer, will see him shortly, and by end of day will have 2 quotes for our Ethernet ports & cables. While the morning was off-putting, it matters a great deal how committed the company is to rectifying the situation and preserving reputation. I’m looking forward to David’s arrival.

Had a great experience with The Electric Way. Our electrician, Hunter, was professional, thorough, and clearly explained everything while troubleshooting the issue at our home. The company was able to schedule us quickly and followed up afterwards with helpful info. Excellent experience all around, highly recommend!

Super grateful for how The Electric Way handled a difficult task in our home. Evan was our electrician and showed great skill with on-site problem solving. Because of his patience and attention to detail we are able to stay on schedule and proceed with our kitchen renovation. Big thanks to the three other team members that I spoke to along the way as well from scheduling, quoting, to on-site collaboration. TY!

The man who helped us was one of the best repair workers I’ve ever had visit my home. We had to wait a few days but that’s to be expected, we weren’t in emergency and still had power to most critical areas of the house. The day before the appointment we got a call asking us to try a small (safe) trick that may resolve the issue. This small measure shows me that they know what they’re doing, as well as to possibly resolve the issue without further fuss. Sadly this didn’t fix the issue. Our repair worker arrived early for our appointment and introduced himself first thing. Vincent helped, not only diagnosed but solved our very strange issue in very short order. His expertise was extremely welcoming without being condescending, as most workers who come to fix something in our home are. His explanations were detailed without being confusing. He was clear about his rate upfront, showed respect for our home/the people present, and even gave my senior dog a bit of love. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. I cannot thank Vincent enough for his quick and masterful work.

We are so happy with The Electric Way. Service was prompt and Vince was professional and efficient. He evaluated our problem and gave us a reasonable and accurate cost estimate prior to starting the service. We were impressed with his work and with the warranty. We would definitely recommend The Electric Way to anyone in need of a knowledgeable electrician and quality service.

Evan was very professional, and his work was expertly done. For those of us who have no business attempting electrical work on our own, or without supervision, this is the value of having someone highly qualified to do the work.

Excellent company to deal with. We needed to change out an outdated breaker panel. Estimate and installation were all completed in a timely and efficient manner with the final product breezing through county inspections without a hitch. David and Vincent were a pleasure to deal with and completely professional. They took the time needed to explain the entire project in layman terms and would not leave until I was completely satisfied with all the the work that had been performed...which I was! I would highly recommend this conscientious and competent company to anyone needing electrical service.

We had a level 2 charger installed and the electric way team did great. Daniel their service tech was knowledgeable and provided great recommendations on placement. And it past the inspection first time. Communication on scheduling and arrivals were all timely and courteous.

Evan called to let me know he was an hour ahead of schedule from other appointments and asked if I was open to meeting earlier. Worked out perfectly for me, actually, cuz it opened up my schedule for the rest of the day. He was very polite, friendly, transparent, thorough, focused and cost conscious.

The technician sent to my home for a variety of small electric issues was Evan and I definitely give him a 5 star review for being so courteous & friendly. He handled everything in a timely manner, even going to Home Depot to get parts he didn't have on his truck. Good Guy!

I had a breaker tripping issue and Electric Way scheduled service right away. Evan arrived promptly and found and resolved the issue quickly. I’m very pleased with the service. Evan was friendly and professional and explained what the problem was while he fixed it He even helped me with installing my smoke detector This will be my go to company for electrical work now
