I recently had the pleasure of working with Waldy and his team at Valley Electric who truly exceeded every expectation I had, and it’s not often you come across someone with this level of professionalism and work ethic. From the very beginning, they were punctual, well-prepared, and clearly committed to doing the job right—not just quickly, but thoroughly and with pride.

What stood out immediately was their incredible work ethic. They approached every aspect of the job with focus and determination, never cutting corners and never rushing, even when the work became more complex than initially expected. Instead of taking shortcuts, they carefully assessed each situation, double-checked their work, and made sure everything met a high standard of safety and quality. It was clear they take genuine pride in their craft.

They also went far beyond the basic scope of the job. They took the time to walk me through what they were doing, explain why certain decisions were being made, and offer practical suggestions to improve efficiency and safety in my home. When unexpected issues came up, they didn’t treat them as inconveniences—they treated them as opportunities to make sure everything was done perfectly.

Another thing that really impressed me was their attention to detail and respect for my home. They kept their workspace clean and organized throughout the entire process, and when the job was complete, everything was tidy and organized. It’s rare to see that level of care.

On top of all that, their attitude was outstanding—friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I was satisfied. You can tell they hold themselves to a high standard and believe in doing honest, quality work.

If you’re looking for an electrician who is reliable, highly skilled, and has an exceptional work ethic, I can’t recommend them enough. This was easily a 5-star experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future needs.

Waldy came out to do the electric with mountain west heat pump and he is so fantastic. Answered my 10000x of questions and is an incredibly kind. Fantastic and couldn't be happier

The electricians arrived on time, replaced my light fixtures, and vacuumed each room. They even lowered my bathroom mirrors so my vanity lights could be hung the way I had requested. Excellent work for a good price

Valley Electric provided great work installing a sub-panel and wiring for an air conditioner. Dave was easy to work with and very flexible when the schedule had to change due to closing delays. He showed up on short notice to help fix problems that would have delayed a property sale. I plan to use Valley Electric for all future electrical needs.

I recently had my main breaker go out and would not reset right over the 4th of July weekend. The breaker kept tripping. I called Valley Electric and a tech was out after hours to replace my 100 amp breaker! Thank you so much Dave and Ryan!! I am so thankful for your service!

I called late on a Friday afternoon to have Valley Electric troubleshoot why I had no power to the outlets in my family room. The guys came and had to check every outlet in the house to find the problem. They were clean, polite, thorough and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend their services.
