    ASPEN refrigeration service was contracted10/1/2023 to repair a refrigerator that is not working, the first response to evaluate the problem took NINE (9) days, identified a part (FAN) 22/1/2023 today the refrigerator has not been serviced to repair the fan.
    I called left multiple messages, repeatedly no response, I texted as requested by voice mail, NO RESPONSE, I called left messages NO RESPONSE. you as a potential customer make your decision your choice is SIMPLE!!!!!!
