They came on a weekend only. $130 consultation fee. Had a leak going from kitchen sink through ceiling in basement. They had part on hand made the repair and provided me with a name of a company to come out and help dry out under the cabinet and ceiling area. Friendly staff they helped when hot water heater went a while back. Will be a return customer for my plumbing need you can’t go wrong!

Had an emergency water heater issue on an early Sunday morning. Kevin came within an hour, and came up with a long term solution for us. We were impressed with his honesty and the fact he got us fixed up same day with a new water heater and fixed our water pressure issue to boot. And quickly too. We were sad we had such a huge purchase just moving into our home, but having water is important and he didn’t have us jump through hoops or make us wait for a repair. We will continue to us BandL for future plumbing issues.

Kevin must be the calmest plumber ever. He was out here when I was told he would arrive. I had to have my hot water heater replaced and this company “just took care of it.” I didn’t have to do anything. This is the company to call if you need a plumber. Ask for Kevin.

Rick did a great job and was nice enough to explain it all while he worked. Chelsea was along and was a great addition being nice enough to listen to all my stories.

Found my hot water heater went dead on the 4th of July and had to find plumber to help get it resolved. B&L was answer my call after hours. Kevin arrived right on time Sat and confirmed my issue. We agreed on a reasonable price and he came back on Monday morning to get it replaced. Kevin was on time the 2nd time and he was very pleasant to deal with. DP

Most recently they replaced our water heater - but they handle everything from small leaks, to pressure valve replacement, to toilets clogged or just system unknowns - they are honest, fast, and competitively priced. Rick serviced our house most recently and he is always great to work with and matter-of-fact about what needs to be done.

Called with a hot water tank leaking. Came the same day, replaced the hot water tank. Mike was professional, answered our questions, and was great to work with.

We had a leak in our hot water heater and tech found the source. He replaced the elements and seems to work. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He completed the job the same day. We were very pleased with P & L services. Maddie

My pilot light went out Christmas 🎄 day. B&L showed up at my house in 30mins. They fixed my water heater and had hot water for my family coming to visit. Very much appreciated!!

We had a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal installed. Rick was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what had to be done. He also kindly answered all our questions. These guys are so honest! Another company said we needed to replace the HVAC. We called B&L out, and just as we thought, they let us know that it was fixable. So many companies don’t want to repair because they make more money if they replace. B&L was extremely honest, and when it is time to replace, I’ll use them.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday afternoon. Kitchen sink, garbage disposal issue. B&L plumbing has 24/7 emergency service. Had it all fixed and a clean smelling sink in less then 24 hrs after I called! Will use them again when the need arises. BTW: Rick was the plumber to respond. He was professional, caring, and quick to diagnose and fix my issue. Great experience all around!

Very professional and yet provided human interaction. Required urgent service at my elderly mother’s house. They responded quickly and understood. The urgency provided quick estimate and service. HighlyRecommend!

We needed a new water heater ASAP and they were able to get out to us the next day. Rick was a great technician who was very courteous and timely during the installation.
