Called at 3:40 in the afternoon and asked for a part to be overnighted for the next day.

Not only did the gentleman make sure that it was the correct part, as Rheem has changed the part that they use for my application, he went out of my way to make sure the water was boxed up and handed to FedEx.

Outstanding experience working with Climate Doctors! Have worked with both Brennan and Chris on a large HVAC order and they were both very patient and friendly. They had the best pricing on the Internet and put up with my constant nitpicking on the details of the quotes and configurations. When time came to place the order they tripple confirmed everything, processed it very quickly, and so it arrived in mint condition about a week later on multiple pallets. Brennan checked-in same day to make sure all went well with the delivery, as well as to reassure that all the equipment purchased will be properly registered by serial number, should there be a need in the future for any warranty claims, and that he will handle those quickly and in-person. Overall this has been one of the smoothest and best handled orders to date and therefore doing more business with CD is on the horizon.

Never buy anything from here unless you want to give free money out

Very poor business experience. Put off & forgotten. Got my money and didn't care after that. Offered false hope only to put me off hoping I would disappear. I would not recommend. No stars here. Only got one so I could post this.

Awful company with returns. I would look elsewhere before purchasing anything for them. No help at all and I mean NO HELP with return! I'M not sure how they say in business. You have been warned if you purchase from them.

Order part on Amazon and never used and try to return it the next day. Unopened, and they took it back (and resold it) but refused to give me my money back. Buyer BEWARE!!!! Check with BBB as well they are NOT APPROVED! I hope I save someone the misfortune of dealing with them.

We were gonna give this company a chance because they reached out after we submitted a return order on amazon, but then hit us with a 20% ($157.62) restocking fee which is ridiculous. we will make sure to never order from this company again.

Tracy is a scam sends you broken/used items. falsely accuses you of using said item when you sent 10-15 photos of video showing drain kat was broken inside the poorly wrapped box she claims to have packed herself.
