i want to share how impressed i am with the heater repair service i got from climatecare heating & cooling. for two years, other companies couldn’t figure out why my dual fuel furnace would only run on propane, even though it’s supposed to also use the heat pump. first, i was told the thermostat was the problem, so it was replaced with a top-of-the-line model, costing me around $800. unfortunately, that didn’t fix anything, and when winter came back, my heating bills shot up again. i called the original installers, and they only changed some thermostat settings and charged me $125 for a quick visit. the problem still wasn’t solved, and the house got really cold overnight. after a few more visits, their solution was to replace the entire unit for $8,500. luckily, maxwell from climatecare heating & cooling came out for a third opinion. he carefully checked all the wiring and electronic parts of the system using a volt meter. after about an hour, he found a bad wire connection that was causing the whole issue. fixing that saved me thousands of dollars and got my furnace working properly again. their team took the time to really figure out what was wrong instead of just recommending expensive replacements. it might take a little longer to get an appointment, but the quality and knowledge are worth it. i highly recommend them for any heater repair needs.

We called because our old air conditioning system wasn’t cooling anymore and was way past its best days. Maxwell got it running cold again for the first time in years, and he explained all our options clearly, letting us know the pros and cons of either keeping up with repairs or getting a new unit. We got a detailed proposal with no pressure at all. In the end, we chose to have a new AC system installed. From start to finish, Maxwell and the crew were always on time, super knowledgeable, honest, and paid attention to every detail. They made sure to clean up everything and left the driveway and yard just as they found it—no leftover screws or trash anywhere. The small details really do matter.
