These people are so good and HONEST! I switched to them and I will never go back! Steve came today and was so knowledgeable and helpful, and I was shocked at how reasonable the price was for the work! Truly great experience!

Josh and the team at ICE Heating and Cooling have been amazing to work with. I've now done two major HVAC projects with them and they are top notch in both service and value. Josh was on top of all communication throughout the project, gave me several options, and helped come up with creative solutions on a ductless A/C mini-split system. They will definitely be the first ones I reach out to on my next HVAC needs.

Have used I.C.E. For an AC installation and now a furnace. Amazing! So responsive, hard working, and straightforward. I won’t use anyone else! Fantastic company.

Replacing a furnace 10 days before Christmas is not the best, but Josh and Derrick were amazing, professional and very courteous. I highly recommend this company and I’m so grateful to have my heat back on so quickly.

I am a property manager and we use ICE Heating and Cooling on 30+ properties. Each time they're called, they are out that day, and have a resolution for us before the day is over. I've worked with many HVAC vendors, and they are BY FAR the best I've ever worked with.

I purchased a new furnace and AC from them. They were nice answered my questions and showed me how to use it. They also cleaned up and put things back the way they were meaning the gate door and the door to the furnace room that they had to take off. They really did a good job. They also cost less than the other place I had gotten a quote from.

The service tech Adam was very kind and welcoming! He did a great job and was honest about the entire process! Definitely recommend requesting Adam to show up when scheduling any service call!

Josh and Roman are phenomenal! Have had fireplace issues beyond their control and over a goodly number of months. They don't give up, stand by their work, are more than fair. Mostly, they care - a trait seen infrequently, in my experience, with the trades in the Colorado Springs area.

Great company and great guys! From coming to give a quote to the actual service, I.C.E. Heating and Cooling truly stood out. Adam and Josh came to install central A/C and they were excellent! I work from home so I was in the living room the whole time they were doing the install and they were quiet and respectful and laid down sheets so the carpet wouldn’t get dirty. I was able to work with very minimal distractions, if any at all. They also told me that my air filter was quite dirty so they ran out to get me some new ones! I was very pleased with their customer service and quality of work. I don’t what the average install time is, but they seemed quick and efficient and went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. I highly recommend I.C.E. Heating and Cooling!

Edit to today, June 28, 2023:
Silly me, I never changed the filter when they told me I had to at least every other month. If I’m being completely honest, I didn’t even know where the filter was. But my AC unit was not working well. It would work for a little bit, but then air would stop blowing or it would be very minimal, especially in the afternoon when I really needed it to work. So last night, I put in a service request for their earliest possible time and wrote what was happening with my unit. Shortly after I sent that request, Josh emailed me and said it sounds like I need to change my filter and that the earliest they can get to me is next Thursday. He offered to walk me through the whole process because it is hot and next Thursday is a long way away. I took a picture of where they were working and he replied and circled where the filter is located. He told me how to find it and, when they did the initial installation and my old filter was dirty, they went out and bought a two-pack so I already had a new filter to use! Josh even offered to FaceTime and walk me through the process, if I couldn’t figure it out through the pictures. I know I said it in my first review, but I will say it again, he went above and beyond to help me when he could have made me wait till next Thursday. I am so happy with I.C.E. and highly highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or even get their unit serviced!

We met the guys when our home builder used them for the furnace on our new home. We thought we could go a year without AC, but could not, so we called ICE and these guys offered us the best deal and were able to do it quickly! then when our CO2 detector went off on a weekend they came out and figured out where it was coming from, even though it was not coming from anything they installed. I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting good, quality work done!

Of course my furnace decides to stop working on a snowy day in Colorado Springs. I lost the card of the company I used in the past so I decided to search Google. I’m so lucky to have found ICE heating and cooling. Within a couple of hours I had my heat back on! Fast, friendly and really helped my family out in a pinch!!! I’ll definitely be supporting this small business in the future. Thanks again!!! :)

I cannot say enough good things about I.C.E Heating and Cooling. We initially hired Josh and Roman to install an AC unit for the 2nd floor of our house. They completed the job professionally, on-time, and on-budget. We were so happy with the results we hired them again to install two smaller AC units for other floors, and a heating system for our barn. All these jobs were completed in the same professional manner and at a fair price. When our main AC unit failed under warranty several years later, Josh helped us through the warranty repair process and ensured the system was quickly repaired under the warranty at no cost to us.

It is sometimes difficult to find a company that is not only very good at their business but that also really cares about their customers. I.C.E is the best we've ever found. Highly recommended!

ICE's service tech Adam showed up exactly when expected. He was courteous, patient, and really listened to me as I explained what I was seeing on my furnace. Instead of immediately trying to upsell me on a new system, or randomly changing out components (seemingly typical these days with a lot of outfits), he went through very good practical problem solving to find the issue, and had it fixed in a few minutes. In summary, he was prompt, courteous, professional, and competent. Service like this is rare these days, and I'll be calling ICE again for both troubleshooting issues, and eventual replacement of old equipment. Highly recommend this outfit to anyone with an HVAC problem.
