Brandon made a courtesy stop to investigate my heating issue. My past and present experiences with him have always been positive. Besides the cost of a new system, Brandon was knowledgeable and professional and assessed my needs and responded accordingly.

Patrick came out to winterize my swamp cooler this afternoon. He is so polite, professional and did an amazing job. Wonderfull attention to detail! I hope I get him again on my next project! I am so blessed to have found One Source. You guys are wonderful and go above and beyond with amazing people!

Jonathan went above and beyond the routine maintenance by rerouting the wire to the polarized air filter to make it easier to plug in. He was very pleasant and professional.

Excellent service with a smile. My heater wasn't working Emilio came out explained in detail what was going on, replaced the thermostat and instantly our house was warm again. Thank you for the fast service and knowledge.

Philip replaced our furnace by himself, installed a new humidifier, new thermostat wires, new exhaust ducting and connected all of it and our existing heat pump to a new ecobee thermostat to control it all. We had some hiccups along the way and Philip took ownership of every issue making sure we were completely satisfied at the end of the project.

Emilio & Journey cleaned our air ducts and vents. They were very knowledgeable about HVAC above and beyond getting rid of dust bunnies. They completed the job in a couple of hours and were very friendly.

Patrick was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Could not ask for a better top notch person to look at my system.

Q (Quincy) came to my house to check my furnace was clean and operating properly. We had a scheduled appointment. He has been there several times in the past to check either the air conditioner or the furnace and he has always done an outstanding job. This time was no different.

Q arrived on time and immediately set to work. After walking in the door, he immediately went to the thermostat and checked it. He then went downstairs to the furnace. He checked the outside of the unit and connected two metering devices. He opened the panels and started checking various functions like a skilled surgeon who knew his patient well. Q was good. If he was an auto mechanic, I’d want him working on my car. He was thorough and knew exactly what he was doing.

Q has become a family friend. He is highly respected in our home because he does an excellent job. He is friendly. He is trusted and he does great work. He is definitely an asset to his company.

We had Emilio from One Source Home Service take a look at our furnace tonight and he was amazing. He explained everything to us step by step on what was causing the issues and fix the problem in a timely manner. He is very professional and we recommended One Source Home Service for all heating, air, plumbing and electric needs.

Emilio has been out twice, once to install a new system and once to add an additional return. Very polite, friendly and efficient. On time and didn't leave until he was sure he had answered all my questions. Even my dogs love him!

My AC went out in the evening, and within an hour and a half of calling, Johnathan was already at my home diagnosing the entire system. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, quickly identifying the part needed. He returned first thing in the morning to install it.

Johnathan was personable, professional, and clearly knows his craft. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of AC repairs or maintenance.

Ross (the plumber) was amazing! He installed our water treatment system and even though he had to come back to deal with a clogged drain he was happy to do it, always in good spirits and willing to answer all the questions along the way. We feel like we got the gold standard of service from him and everyone else at One Source, as long time customers, this last round of improvements reminded us why we always call them.

Cole and Julius are awesome! They got my system up and running with no issues and made my experience amazing. 5 stars for these two gentlemen.

Great service technician. Patrick went over all are options after He diagnose the problem. Explained everything. What would be are best option and what would be the cheapest. We devised a plan. Then they will be back to fix the problem. Awesome 👌

From Patrick, who first diagnosed the multiple issues and recommending us for a major promotion, to Journey and Emilio who installed the new furnace with great precision, teamwork, communication & detail. About 1.5 years ago we had a furnace/AC unit put in by One Source. It was in the late spring so not much use for heat. AC worked fine however when we came to winter the heat was disaster. Long story short we were blamed for poor upkeep of the unit and were the reason for it failing even after 7 visits by the company, even after they replaced multiple parts on a brand new machine, cut multiple holes in our walls. Now coming in this winter we encountered the same issues. Reluctantly we called them to have a look and see what the issue is since it was still under warranty (Was going to find another company to figure out the issue). Found out it is a new owner of the company that is doing everything they can to actually help customers, and after 6 hours of the technician Johnathan actually observing and seeing the failure and conversation with the boss, it was determined the unit was too much for the size of the house. They took ownership of the problem and made it right but installing a unit that is more appropriate for the size of the house no cost to us. Never would I have expected a company to do this and am truly impressed with the effort taken to do the right thing. I want to thank Julius,Johnathan and Marcos for taking the extra effort to go above and beyond to deliver customer service the way it should be. If you had a bad experience with One Source in the past give them another shot for this team is trying to go about it the right way.

Q was amazing! Super friendly, explained everything so we could understand, and helped us get a new furnace same day, which Emilio put in. He was kind, quick, and even covered the floor before work. Thank you both!

Cole did an inspction of our furnace. He took pictures of what he saw as he worked to show me since i couldnt go downstairs.
The company was doing a promotion in conjunction with a food drive. We donated canned veggies and received discounted service.
I was vety pleased to hear the furnace is in great condition.
